I've been ordering from them for about ten years and the quality is usually reliable. This time the jacket zip stuck badly after a couple of wears, so I had to send it back. The return form was a bit fiddly to find on the site.

Looked at three other sites before settling on Folk and the size guide was the bit that stood out, it actually gives you measurements for each size rather than just S M L. Ordered a midi skirt and it fitted first time. Only niggle is the delivery took four working days when the tracking said two, but the item itself is nice and the fabric has a bit of weight to it.

Got the knit cardigan in grey and it's really soft. The sleeves are a touch long but that's easy to fix. Delivery took a few days longer than I'd hoped.
