I know the lamp itself is fine because I've had it on my desk for a fortnight now and the brightness settings work nicely. The box it came in was a bit squashed at one corner though, which made me a bit anxious it had been damaged. Otherwise the ordering was smooth and the price was fair for what you get.

Ordered the running shorts on my lunch break and they came two days later. Checkout took about a minute because I'd already saved my card. Fabric's light and didn't chafe on my 10k yesterday. Packaging was tidy too, no complaints from me at all.

Compared with the other brand I'd tried for hair ties, this set is much sturdier and doesn't snap when you pull them out. I had a look at a couple of other sellers first and this was the one with the clearest photos. Delivery was quick and the bag arrived in good shape. Really pleased.

Compared with the usual place I'd buy from, this was a few quid cheaper for the same drill bits, though the delivery fee cuts into the saving a bit. The bits are decent quality and cut cleanly through the timber I've been using. Ordering was simple enough. Fair enough.

Looked at the prices across several sellers before I picked this one for the garden hose reel, and it sat in the middle on price. The reel itself is well made and the hose unrolls smoothly. The one niggle was that the item arrived a day later than the site suggested, which was a bit annoying. Still a decent buy.

I ordered the desk mat after looking at a few options, and this one had the best reviews on the page. It arrived flat with no creases and the stitched edges look sturdy. Easy checkout too, I was done in a couple of minutes. Happy with it.

I needed a birthday present in a hurry for my sister and this was the quickest option I could find online. Ordering took a few minutes on my phone while I was at work. It turned up in time and she loved it, which is all I wanted.

I needed a replacement for my old kettle after it gave up quite suddenly last month, and I'd rather not go wandering the shops with my hip the way it is. The order was simple to place and the kettle arrived well wrapped. It has been working perfectly since, and I'm grateful for that.

I needed a spare charger for the workshop after mine stopped working and I wanted something that wouldn't cost the earth. The price was clearly lower than the big electronics shops and the postage was included, which matters to me on a small order. Ordering took two minutes and the charger arrived the next day. It works fine so far, and for the money it's a sound buy, nothing more to say really.

I was most pleased by the sizing guide, which showed the exact measurements in centimetres alongside a little diagram, and I didn't have to guess. The checkout was straightforward and the confirmation email arrived promptly. Everything arrived in good order and I'm very content with it.

I needed a set of blackout curtains for the new flat before the bedroom got too hot, and this was the only place I found that did my size without a big wait. I know my way around home furnishings, so I checked the drop measurements twice before ordering. The price was on the high side compared with other sellers but the quality is good. The order arrived in three working days, which I was happy with.

Signed up on my phone in like five mins, no forms to fill in. They got back to me the same day when I asked a question. Smooth from start to finish, would do it again.

Compared to the high street chain I usually go to, this was noticeably cheaper for the same kind of waterproof jacket, and the stitching looks just as neat. I looked at three other online sellers first and this one came out on top for me. The delivery was quick and the jacket fits well through the shoulders. Happy with my choice.

I bought the rain boots for both kids after comparing a few sets, and these had the widest range of sizes in one place. They came in a sturdy box and the boots are already getting muddy in the best way. Sizing was spot on for my youngest. Checkout took no time at all.

What I like most is that they send a reminder the day before, which I've come to rely on after missing one appointment years ago. I've been with them a long time and the booking page is still easy to use on my laptop. The prices have crept up a little over the last year, but I'd still pick them over the other place in town. Staff have always been polite when I ring up.

Fluidstance sells sportswear and activewear, so I know what a decent legging should feel like and these are fine but not brilliant. The fabric is soft enough and the seams held up through a few washes. The sizing runs a bit generous in the waist compared to the size chart, so I had to swap for the smaller one, which took about a week to arrive.

Honestly really good, booked the slot on the app in about two minutes and it all just worked. Got my confirmation straight away and the person turned up on time. Would use again no bother.

Ordered the knit jumper in my usual size on my phone while waiting for the bus. It arrived quickly but it runs small, so I've had to sort out an exchange. The site made the exchange form easy enough to find though. Not a disaster, just annoying.

Compared with two other sites I checked for the same set of bike lights, this one was the cheapest once delivery was added, which surprised me. The lights are bright and the mounts feel solid. I'd happily order from them again.
