Flooring Superstore

Compared it against a well known brand and this came out cheaper for the same click lock flooring. Fine for a bedroom, ordered it on the laptop one evening and the boxes turned up a few days later. Packaging was a bit flimsy on one box but nothing was damaged.

Been using them since they were just a small outfit and they've stayed fair on price. Compared to the big chain I used before, this is cheaper and the service is just as good. Order arrived when they said it would.

Been buying flooring from them for years and this order was no different. Price is fair and the boxes arrived with everything I needed. Slight annoyance that the confirmation email came through late but otherwise sound.

Went to a big DIY chain first and the same click vinyl was nearly twice the price here. Ordered enough for two rooms plus a spare box, checkout was painless and the price held. Good value for what you get, and I'd happily order again.

Checked three sites before picking this one, mostly for the vinyl planks. The price was the lowest I found and the planks match the photos. Only niggle was that returns for a wrongly sized box took a while to sort out.

Solid enough, a bit of a hassle getting the colour matched right but they replied to my email in a day. Would have liked a slightly quicker turnaround on the underlay.

We needed a cheap but decent floor for the rental before the new tenants moved in. Looked at three sites and this one had the best range for the money. The order went in fine and the boxes turned up on time, so the job got done quickly.

Compared four different places and this was the cheapest by a fair margin for the same laminate. Got my order in quickly and the boxes were all there. Would happily order again.

Ordered the grey vinyl planks for the flat and they came in a few days, which is quicker than I expected. Checkout was simple and the site showed exactly what I'd be getting. Fitting them myself was easy with the click system. The little sample pack I got first helped me pick the right shade so no regrets.

I bought the oak effect planks for the sitting room and they look every bit as nice as the samples did. The order was straightforward and I was grateful for the clear measurements on the site. Everything arrived on the date I was given and the fitter said the boxes were easy to work with.

Used to buy from the high street shop but they've gone up on everything, so I tried this place instead. Prices are lower and the choice is bigger, though I had to wait a few extra days for the last box of tiles to come in. Still, I've been ordering here for years now and wouldn't go back.

Ordered the carpet tiles for my bedroom and they came quicker than I thought. Site was easy to use and the price was way lower than the shops. Would order again, the tiles are sound.

We needed a durable floor for the hallway as the old carpet was showing its age. The order went through without trouble but the boxes came a day after the date I was given, and I had to chase them up. The product itself is decent enough and I'd consider them again.

Ordered a sample of the oak effect laminate before committing to a whole room and it arrived in three days which was quick. The colour is a touch warmer on my screen than in real life, not a dealbreaker though. Checkout asked me twice for my postcode which was annoying but got there in the end. Price was fair.

We needed a hard wearing floor for the kitchen after the old lino finally gave up. I did find the ordering pages a little fussy at first but the advisor on the phone was very patient with me. The carpet tiles arrived well packed and everything has been a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered the oak laminate for the spare bedroom, it turned up in two days. Checked the boxes against the order and everything was there. Floor's down now and looks good, would order from them again.

The little sample bag they posted me was what sold me, I could see the grey really did look warm. Ordering was simple enough on the laptop, though the delivery date moved once and I had to ring them. The planks have gone down well in the lounge and I'd order again, just hoping next time the date sticks.

I ordered the grey vinyl planks for my flat and they're honestly sound, the click fit is easy even for a first go. Checkout took two minutes on the app and the box arrived the next day. Nothing to moan about, the whole thing was quick and simple, and I'd buy from them again no bother.

We needed something hard wearing for the conservatory as the sun fades carpet badly. I was a little unsure about ordering online at my age but the process was clear and the staff were very helpful when I rang. The tiles arrived well packed and the room looks lovely now, which is just what we wanted.

The grey finish is exactly what I wanted, it looks nothing like the dull photos you usually see. Ordered on my phone at night and it all arrived in good time. Room looks much better now.
