Needed a present for my sister's birthday on Saturday and forgot until Thursday. Ordered on the app, it was dispatched the same afternoon and turned up Friday morning. Saved me a panic so yeah, really good.
Read moreWouldn't really recommend it for a first order based on my experience. The parcel I was sent had the wrong item in it and I had to message them twice before anyone replied, which took nearly four days. The refund went through eventually but the whole thing was a faff and I'm not in a hurry to go back, though I'm sure it's a one-off for some people.
Read moreCompared it with a couple of big names before ordering the speaker and this was cheaper, so I went for it. The checkout was fine on my phone but the delivery estimate said two days and it took five. Customer chat replied eventually but only after I'd chased twice. The speaker sounds good and works as described, just don't expect the speed you get from the bigger sites.

I'd been using a big-name retailer for years and this site beat them for the same kit, with a cheaper price and a clearer size guide that actually matched what arrived. Ordering was simple and the tracking updates were spot on. Really happy with it.
Got the running trainers after looking at three other sites and this one had the best price and free returns. They arrived in two days, fit exactly as expected and the cushioning is comfy on long runs. Glad I went with them.
Once you've used the sizing chart properly, you won't get it wrong. I'm a size between two in most brands and the notes on fit helped me pick the right one first go. Delivery was quick and the item matched the photos. Good shop for anyone who knows what they're after.
My laptop charger packed up on a Monday and I needed a new one for a work trip. Found this site, ordered in the morning and it arrived the next afternoon. The charger works fine and the cable is a decent length. Took the pressure off, that's the main thing.
Got a phone case from them last week and it turned up in two days, which was quicker than I thought. The app was easy to use, no faff at checkout. Fit my phone perfectly and the price was lower than the other places I looked. Would order again lol.
I checked a couple of other sites first for the phone case and this one was the cheapest with proper delivery included. The order went through first time and the case fits perfectly. Would buy from them again.
The most useful thing about my order was how straightforward the whole process felt from start to finish. I ordered a set of cable organisers and they arrived exactly as described, neatly packed with no fuss. The price was fair and the delivery was quick. I've already put another order in for the kitchen.
Bought the cotton bedding set and it's a proper step up from what I had before. The fabric is soft, the stitching is neat and it washes well on a cool cycle. Came in good time and nothing was damaged. Happy with it.
Picked up a pack of kitchen towels and a few storage tubs. The price was the main draw and the total came in lower than my usual shop. Everything arrived in one box with no breakages. Good for everyday stuff.
Had a wedding coming up and needed something smart without spending a fortune. Ended up comparing a few options and this one had the best range of midi dresses in my budget. Ordered in two sizes to be safe, returned one, and the refund came back in about three days. Very easy.
Got the brass hose connectors and they're a proper upgrade on the plastic ones I had. They fit my tap first time and the seal holds with no drips. Arrived two days after ordering, packed well. No complaints.
