Needed a present for my sister's birthday on Saturday and forgot until Thursday. Ordered on the app, it was dispatched the same afternoon and turned up Friday morning. Saved me a panic so yeah, really good.
Read moreWouldn't really recommend it for a first order based on my experience. The parcel I was sent had the wrong item in it and I had to message them twice before anyone replied, which took nearly four days. The refund went through eventually but the whole thing was a faff and I'm not in a hurry to go back, though I'm sure it's a one-off for some people.
Read moreCompared it with a couple of big names before ordering the speaker and this was cheaper, so I went for it. The checkout was fine on my phone but the delivery estimate said two days and it took five. Customer chat replied eventually but only after I'd chased twice. The speaker sounds good and works as described, just don't expect the speed you get from the bigger sites.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how much cheaper the replacement printer ink was compared with the big electronics chains, around a third less for the same cartridges. Delivery was a bit slow, about four working days, but the order was complete and nothing was broken. It works and the price is hard to beat for what it is. I'd use them again for consumables.
We needed school shoes for my son before term started and the shops near us were sold out in his size. Ordered on the site and the price was reasonable compared with the high street. The delivery was a day slow but the shoes are sturdy and he's happy. Sensible for us.
They're good value, no question, and I got a set of drill bits for well under what the DIY shop charges. The problem was the return. I sent back a set that wasn't the right size and it took nearly two weeks before the refund showed on my card. The goods themselves were fine.
I'd happily use them again, with the prices being fair and the site easy enough to navigate. Returning a jumper took a fair while to sort out though, with a few emails back and forth before the refund went through.
Compared it to two other shops for the same jacket and this was about ten quid less. Ordered on my phone during a lunch break, took under a minute. It came a day after the estimate and the packaging was fine. Only reason it's four and not five is the returns form is buried in the account menu.
