Fifthroom

Honestly my old kettle had died and I needed something quick to replace it before a family weekend. I'd been looking at a few places and this one had the stainless steel model in stock with the right capacity. It boiled fast and the base is sturdy, so I'm very happy with it.

The prepaid returns label is printed right on the packing slip which is brilliant. Found it straight away when I needed to send back a jacket that was too big. Order came quick too, two days. Would order again.

I've been ordering from them for about eight years now and compared with the places I used before, the difference is clear. My replacement drill bits came in good time and the set was complete. The prices have crept up a bit lately but the quality hasn't dropped, so I stay put.

I ordered the cotton bedding set for my spare room and it arrived well packed and exactly as shown on the site. The colour is a soft grey which suits the room perfectly, and I am very pleased with how it has washed so far. Thank you for a smooth experience.

I needed a reading lamp with a proper adjustable arm for my armchair, as my old one had become rather wobbly. I was pleased that the one I chose had a warm light setting and a sturdy base. Delivery was prompt and the instructions were clear enough to assemble it without bother. I have been very satisfied.

I went with this instead of the big high street brand I normally use for workwear, and it's a fair bit cheaper for basically the same shirt. The cotton is decent and the cut is slim without being tight. First time ordering from them and I'll try again.

Compared to the other site I usually use this was so much easier to find what I wanted. Filters actually work and the sizing guide is spot on. Got my hoodie in a few days and it fits great, so yeah, happy.

This dress is lovely and the fabric feels better than I expected from the listing. I did think the price was on the high side compared with similar ones I've seen elsewhere, so I waited for a discount code. The zip is smooth and the fit is flattering on me. Would get it again.

I bought a set of hand towels here and they were noticeably cheaper than the brand I usually get from the big department store. Quality is fine for the price, though they're a little thinner than I'd like. Ordering was simple and the parcel took three days. Happy enough.

This external hard drive is a solid buy for backing up my work files and the transfer speeds are what I was hoping for. Connects easily over USB and the casing feels tough. Arrived quickly and well protected in the box. Good stuff.

I bought a grey hoodie and it's really comfy with a nice thick fleece inside. The one thing that bugged me was the care label itching at the back of my neck, which I had to snip out. Otherwise it fits as expected and the price was fair for what it is.

These are the best outdoor chairs I've bought in years and I've been through a lot of them. The frame is solid, the cushion is removable for washing, and it arrived flat packed with clear instructions. Assembly took me about forty minutes on my own. I'd buy from them again.

Grabbed a gift card for my nephew's birthday on my phone during my lunch break. Sent it straight to his email and he had it within minutes, took about two minutes start to finish, lovely.

I ordered a lambswool cardigan in navy as a birthday present for my sister and it arrived promptly in a lovely tissue wrap. The sizing was accurate and the knit is soft and well finished. I was grateful for the clear care instructions included, which I have followed carefully. A most pleasing purchase.

I needed a new cordless vacuum after mine stopped holding charge and I compared three or four before picking this one. It does the job well enough and the price was competitive. The delivery took closer to a week than the estimate, and I had to message customer service to ask where it was, which was a bit of a faff. Happy with the vacuum itself.

My old lock got cut through so I needed something heavier duty before the commute started back up. I found a sturdy D lock here with a good rating for security. It arrived in two days and the mounting bracket was included, which I was glad of. Good first experience.

Fifthroom is the first place I looked when I wanted something soft to sleep in, and the sizing chart was actually right for once. Got it in two days, wrapped nicely, no fuss at all. Would order again, probably the matching robe next.

Good value, plain and simple. I got a three pack of bath towels for less than I'd pay in the high street and they're thick enough, the stitching is tidy and they've held up through a few washes. Delivery was two days and the checkout took about a minute. Nothing to moan about.

The price on the cordless drill set was the first thing I noticed and it was well under what I'd seen elsewhere. The case is sturdy and both batteries seem to hold charge. Delivery was next day. Sorted.
