I am very pleased with the way the whole arrangement was handled from start to finish. The application was clear, the agreement was sent to me in plain language, and the funds reached my account when promised. My question about an early repayment was answered courteously and promptly. I have no complaints whatsoever and would gladly deal with them again.
Read moreI used the transfer service to send money to family abroad and the fee was higher than I'd been expecting from the homepage. The sign up was fine and the account was ready the same day. The money took closer to three days to arrive than the one or two I'd been told, and when I rang about it the wait on hold was long. It got there in the end but I'd check the full cost before you send.
Read moreI needed a faster option than the usual bank transfer for paying my contractors, so I went looking. I've used a few of these services before and I know what to look for in the fees. The setup asked for more verification than I'd like, and the first transfer took a day longer than the page said it would. Once it went through though the money landed as expected and the reporting is decent.
Read moreCompared with the big banks this is nearly as good for everyday stuff, though the app feels a little less polished. Took a couple of days to get approved after I sent my documents in. The fees are lower than what I was paying elsewhere, so it's worth the wait.
The sign up was fine and I got my account set up in one go. The app took ages to load the first couple of times I opened it though, which is a bit annoying. Otherwise I've had no problems with the payments.
The statements look way nicer than my bank's, with everything laid out by category so I can see where the money went. Signing up took about ten minutes on my phone but the identity check kept failing the first time I tried it. Got it working on the second go and the account was ready that evening. Only thing I'd change is the notifications, they come through late sometimes.
