I am happy to say the nightdress set I ordered was just what I hoped for, and it arrived promptly. The customer service team answered my question about fabric within a day, which I appreciated. The cotton is soft and the cut is kind. I'd happily order from them again.
Read moreCompared it with a couple of other sites before I bought, and this one was a fair bit dearer for a similar set. The quality is decent and the fit was OK, but the cups were a little shallower than I expected. Returning one piece was fiddly because I had to print a form. Delivery was quick, so that part was fine.
Read moreWhat stands out to me after years of ordering is how the size guide has got better, I used to guess and end up sending things back. I've bought nightdresses and a couple of cotton pyjama sets from them and they've washed well at forty degrees. Last month a dressing gown arrived a day late with no message, I rang and they sorted it same afternoon. Still my first port of call.

Needed a birthday present fast and she's into lounge stuff, so I went looking on my phone at lunch. Site was easy to use on the app and I found a grey set in a few clicks. Ordered on the Tuesday and it turned up Friday, which was fine. The set looks good and she's already wearing it. Not sure I'd have picked it without the sizing guide though.
Picked up the high impact sports bra and it's the first one that hasn't rubbed me. Fabric is breathable and the straps stay put on runs. Ordered it on a Monday and it was in by Thursday. Happy with it.
I needed a proper strapless bra for a wedding and couldn't find one that didn't roll down. Looked at a few other brands first, but the ones here had the right cup support and a bit of boning. Ordered on the Thursday and it was with me by Saturday. Good stuff, the dress sits perfectly now.
Honestly this is my new go to for everyday bits. Got a few pairs of knickers and they're so comfy, no seams digging in. Checkout was dead easy and it came quick. Would 100 percent buy again lol.
Went with this over the usual high street store I always go to and I'm glad I did. The range is bigger and the reviews on the pieces helped me pick. Ordered it all on my phone while on the bus, no problems. Arrived quickly and well packed. Going to try more things next.
I'd been struggling to find a bra in my back size for years, so I needed somewhere that did a proper range. Knowing the sizing system well, I checked the band and cup measurements carefully before ordering. The fit is spot on and the support is much better than my last pair. Good to see the range covers more sizes now.
Honestly the thing that got me was the price per item, it was a good chunk less than what I'd pay in town for the same bra set. Ordering was quick, the checkout didn't ask me to make an account which I liked. Sizing guide was clear and the pieces fitted how I expected. Delivery came in a few days, nothing to complain about really. Would happily order again for the value.
Got the black set in a small and it's gorgeous, really nice lace on the top. Fit is good for me though the straps are a bit thin. Checkout was quick and it came in a few days. Really pleased, would order again.
Compared it to the big online lingerie place I always use and this was easier to find what I wanted. The filters actually work and the photos show the back of things too. Ordered on my lunch break on my phone, took about two minutes. Parcel turned up on time. Happy with it, will be back.
Ordered the black lace bralette set as my first thing from them and it arrived quick. The lace is soft and fits exactly like the photos. Will be back for more.
