I am happy to say the nightdress set I ordered was just what I hoped for, and it arrived promptly. The customer service team answered my question about fabric within a day, which I appreciated. The cotton is soft and the cut is kind. I'd happily order from them again.

The quality is decent and the fit was OK, but the cups were a little shallower than I expected. Returning one piece was fiddly because I had to print a form. Delivery was quick, so that part was fine.

I've bought a lot of bras over the years, so I compared this with the brand I usually get from. The band on this one is less stretchy and the cups feel a bit flatter. The price is similar though. Delivery was fine but I'd expected a bit more from the fit.
