I've been ordering from this site since the days when it was just rackets and balls. Account still works fine, the order history is handy when I need to reorder grip tape. Delivery has always been on time for me, and the prices are usually better than the local shop.
Read moreI'm not impressed with how the returns went, and I'd think twice before ordering again. The racket I bought was not quite the shade I'd seen online, and getting the return label took three emails over nine days. I had to pay for the postage myself before anyone confirmed a refund. The product itself is fine but the whole thing felt like hard work for something that should have been simple.
Read moreHonestly it's a fair buy if you want padel gear without paying the big shop prices, and I'd put it above the other sites I looked at. The grip tape on the racket has held up fine so far. Delivery took nine working days though, and I had to chase a tracking update twice before anything moved. The price was reasonable and the order itself was easy to put together.
Read moreI've been ordering my padel shoes from here for about four years and it's usually cheaper than buying from the local shop. Last time they had a spare pair ready when mine split and sent them over quickly. The one thing I'd like is a better search filter for sizes, as scrolling through everything takes a while.
This is the cheapest I've found for padel shoes that aren't rubbish. Looked at a few other sites first and they were all dearer for the same brand. The only niggle is the delivery took a bit longer than I'd like, about five days.
I wanted to try padel with a friend and didn't want to buy the expensive stuff straight away, so I needed a cheap starter set. The site made it easy to find beginner kit. Delivery took about four days and everything arrived in one piece.
Went with this over the big sports chain because the same balls were a fair bit less. Quality looks about the same to me. Checkout was quick but I did have to re-enter my address once, which was mildly annoying. Everything else was fine.
I bought a sweatband set and a headband for my first proper padel session and they came in a small bag. The headband is a bit tighter than I expected but it's comfy enough. Delivery was quick and the price was good.
Bought a basic padel racket as my first order here after seeing it mentioned on a group chat. Delivery came in three days and the packaging was fine. Price is good for a starter racket. Only minor thing is the checkout asked me to make an account, which I'd rather have skipped.
Compared three sites for a backup racket and this one was the cheapest by a bit. The order went through fine but the racket took about five working days to arrive, which was longer than the others promised. Still happy with the price though, and it's a decent racket for the money.
