I've been ordering from this site since the days when it was just rackets and balls. Account still works fine, the order history is handy when I need to reorder grip tape. Delivery has always been on time for me, and the prices are usually better than the local shop.
Read moreI'm not impressed with how the returns went, and I'd think twice before ordering again. The racket I bought was not quite the shade I'd seen online, and getting the return label took three emails over nine days. I had to pay for the postage myself before anyone confirmed a refund. The product itself is fine but the whole thing felt like hard work for something that should have been simple.
Read moreHonestly it's a fair buy if you want padel gear without paying the big shop prices, and I'd put it above the other sites I looked at. The grip tape on the racket has held up fine so far. Delivery took nine working days though, and I had to chase a tracking update twice before anything moved. The price was reasonable and the order itself was easy to put together.
Read moreHonest verdict is that it does the job and the price is good for what you get. I had a racket cover and a pair of socks sent over. The problem was it took eleven days to arrive and I had to ring up to find out where it was. I'd order again but I'd plan ahead for the delivery time.
