Compared to the other big online place I used to buy from, this one is a bit cheaper on the bits I order most, like the replacement parts for my lawnmower and the garden hose fittings. The site is clunky to search when you want something specific, you end up scrolling a lot. Still, the parts turned up exactly as listed and I got them in two days which is quicker than I expected. I'd use them again for sure.

Compared with the other shop I normally use for garden tools, this one was a fair bit dearer for the same pruning shears. I did have to chase them up when the order didn't show, and a reply took a couple of days to come through. The shears themselves are fine but I expected a better deal for the wait.

Got a set of cable ties and a pack of zip ties on my first order here. Ordering was simple and the price was good for the quantity. The delivery was a day later than the estimate but it still came fine.

What I noticed most was how the tap fittings were labelled with the sizes, which saved me measuring everything twice. I've ordered from here for years for plumbing bits around the house. Everything has matched what I needed every time. Delivery is always fine.

I'd been looking at the big high street chain for a replacement phone charger and this was about half the price for the same brand. Checkout was quick and I didn't need to make an account. The charger works fine and it arrived the next day, so I'm really pleased I found it.

My old kettle packed up the morning I had people coming over so I needed something quick. Signed up and ordered in about five minutes, which was easy. It arrived the next day in a proper box with no dents. Really happy with it, the kettle works a treat.

I'd never bought from this site before but I needed a replacement phone case in a hurry. Picked one, paid, and it turned up two days later. The case fits my phone properly and feels solid. It's the first thing I've bought here and it was painless.

Compared with the big high street chain I usually use for paint and brushes, this was noticeably cheaper for the same brand. The search filters are a bit fiddly and I had to click around quite a bit. Still, the paint arrived in good order and the price difference was worth the extra clicking.

The first thing I noticed was how clearly the catalogue set out the thread sizes for the garden hose fittings, which made choosing very straightforward. My order came well packed and arrived within the stated window. I did find the returns form a little fiddly to complete online, and I had to phone to confirm the postal address, but that was a minor matter and I'd happily use them again.

I needed replacement filters for the pond pump and I've been ordering from here for a good few years now. The filters always fit and the prices have stayed sensible. The ordering is simple enough once you know where things are kept. It's been reliable every time.

Their replacement rubber washers for the bathroom tap came in a sensible little bag with the sizes printed on the front, which saved me a lot of faffing about. The bit that let it down was the delivery, it said next day and actually took four days, and when I rang nobody picked up for a while and the reply email came two days later. Would probably order again but I'd check the delivery estimate first.

I'd say the replacement hinges for my kitchen cupboards were the best buy I have made from this site. Before I placed the order I read through the details properly, and the sizing was clear. The price was very competitive against what I saw in the local hardware shop, and the hinges fit exactly as described. Delivery came through well packed, so I have no complaints at all. I would happily order from them again.

I had a look at a couple of other places before picking this one for bike lights. This came out cheapest once I added the delivery up, and the ordering was quick. The lights turned up the next day and they work well. Happy with it.

Honestly this is the place I go first now for replacement bits for my car and van. Prices are fair and the stock is good, and the ordering process is straightforward. Delivery was fast and everything was packed properly. Good value and no fuss.

I needed a new set of storage containers for the kitchen as the old ones had cracked and gone out of shape. I've always been careful about what I buy, so I looked into it properly before ordering. The site made it easy to find what I needed and the containers arrived well packed. I'm very pleased with them.

I bought a wall mounted hose reel last spring and I have used it every week since. The hose stays neatly wound and the bracket has held firm through a windy winter. I ordered it a few times over the years for different bits and it has always been the same good experience. It's the reel I'd pick again.

I ordered a pack of universal sewing machine needles in several sizes and they were exactly what I was after. The packaging keeps each size separate, which is handy when you're halfway through a project and need to swap quickly. The site showed clear sizing info before I added to the basket. Delivery was quick and the needles are sharp. I'd order these again without a second thought.

I buy a lot of sanding discs and abrasives for work, so value is the thing that matters most to me. The price per pack here is better than most places I've checked and the discs cut well. Ordering took two minutes and the parcel came the following day. I'll keep using them for the budget jobs and the regular stuff.

My old trowel bent when I was levelling a patio, so I needed a sturdy replacement quickly. The ordering was easy enough. The trowel is solid and a good weight, and it turned up in about three days. Good enough for the job.
