Looked at a few other ethical retailers before choosing this one, and the range here is better for household stuff. Prices came out roughly level with the rest once I added delivery. Checkout works fine and the order came through without any trouble.

Been a customer a long time and it's fine for what it is. Prices on some lines have crept up though and it's noticeably dearer than it used to be. Delivery is still dependable, which is the main thing for me.
