Compared with the other shop I've used for years for garden seeds and compost, this site has a far better range and the search actually finds what I want. I've ordered from them maybe a dozen times now. Last spring a tray of bedding plants arrived in good condition and the replacement for the one that was short came quickly without me having to ask twice. The prices are about the same as I'd pay elsewhere, which suits me fine.

Ordered the 18V cordless drill kit and the battery charger is quicker than my old one. The chuck holds bits tight and the torque setting actually matches the labels on the dial. Good kit for the money and it arrived in two days.

Way better than the other place I used for this, which kept sending me the wrong size. Ordered on here and it turned up exactly as shown, fit fine, and the tracking was spot on. Got a second one for my mate straight after, no regrets at all.

We needed a new kettle after the old one's element gave out, and I'd been using the same brand for years. The one I picked is a bit fiddly to pour from and the lid catches a bit, not ideal. It boils quick though and the price was lower than where I used to buy. I'd buy from them again but I'd look at a different model.

Honestly it did the job, but the first order took a bit longer to arrive than I expected and I had to chase them once by email. The price was fair though and the item was what I wanted, so I'd give them another go.

Honestly the bike light set does what it's meant to, but the mounting clips were a bit tight to get on my handlebars at first. Price was in line with the others I'd looked at and delivery was quick. Would be nice if the instructions were clearer about the rubber insert.

We needed a replacement for the boiler thermostat after the old one packed up in the middle of winter. I wanted something that wouldn't cost a fortune and still did the job properly. Ordered on a Monday and it came Wednesday, and it fitted the wiring we already had with no faff.

I would say this is a good place to shop, though the delivery was a little slower than I had hoped for my new hall rug. The rug itself is lovely and I'm very pleased with it. I did find the returns form a bit fiddly to fill in online, but the customer team were polite when I rang them and sorted it out.

The first thing I noticed was how clear the checkout steps were, with the delivery options shown before I paid. I'd not bought from them before so I was a bit nervous about the card details, but it all went through fine. The kettle arrived well packed and I've used it every morning since, so no complaints from me at all.

We needed a replacement hob ring for the cooker after the old one burnt out and the cooker company wanted a fortune for it. I measured the old one twice and the listing gave the right diameter and wattage, which saved me a lot of bother. It arrived in good time, fitted first time and the price was less than half of what the cooker company quoted. Took the trouble to check the spec before buying and it paid off.

I bought a cordless stick vacuum from them after looking at a few others on different sites. The price was lower than the rest and it arrived quickly in a sturdy box with everything included. It has been brilliant on the carpet and the stairs, and the battery lasts a good while.

Ordered the cool box with the rubber seals and it arrived in a bit of a rough box but the item was fine. Keeps drinks cold for most of a day on a hot afternoon, and the handle is sturdy enough to carry a full load. Happy with it.

Good value for the money, the blender does everything I need and I'd have paid a tenner more for it elsewhere. Works well for smoothies and the jug is easy to rinse. Simple to use.

Way better than the supermarket one I had before, the lid actually seals and nothing leaks in the bag. Got it on here cos it was cheaper and delivery was next day, which I wasn't expecting. Had a bit of trouble finding the returns link but it's all sorted now and the thing works great. Would order again, probably just the same one.

The stand out bit for me was the size guide, which matched the actual measurements of the desk lamp I got. Ordered on a Thursday evening and it came by the weekend. Packaging was plain but the lamp was fine and the bulb worked first time.

Compared it to the other site I usually use for trainers and this one was about five quid cheaper for the same pair. Shipping was a bit slower though, took four days when the other place does it in two. The fit is true to size and the colour matches the photos.

I needed a spare hose for the pressure washer after the old one split at the coupling, and I know my way around these tools well enough to check the thread size first. The listing gave the correct fitting and the hose is a good thickness, not the flimsy stuff. The price was a bit above the cheapest I found, but the delivery was fast and the quality feels right. Happy with it.

The pump head that came with the adaptor fits my compressor exactly, which I didn't expect from a generic listing. I've been using air tools in the garage for years so I checked the thread before I ordered and it matched. Delivered the next day in a sturdy box and nothing was loose inside.

Signed up on the app during my lunch break and the card was approved in about two minutes which was mad. Money hit my account the next morning, no faff at all, would use them again for sure.

I've been riding for about fifteen years so I'm picky, and I ordered a replacement rear derailleur here. The cage length matched my old one and the shifting is crisp under load without the chain skipping. The box had the right hanger and the bolts were all there, so no faffing about. Good price for something that feels properly built.
