Compared with the chain I usually use for garden twine, this was noticeably cheaper, which is why I tried it. The order was simple enough to place, though I did have to re-enter my address once. The twine itself is perfectly good and does the job. It did take closer to a week to arrive, which was longer than I'd hoped, and I'm not sure I'd rush to order from them again if I needed something quickly.

I needed a new garden hose after the old one split, so I compared a few options online first. This one was cheaper than the garden centre and the reel was easy to put together. There was a small delay with the order confirmation, but it arrived within the week and works well.

Really pleased with my first order, the bedside lamp is lovely and the price was good. The checkout was simple and it came in a sturdy box with no damage. Easy first experience, I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I needed a replacement kettle lead after my old one frayed, and I've been shopping with them for years now. The lead fits perfectly and the order came quickly. The only small thing was the email confirmation took a bit longer than usual to land in my inbox, but everything else was spot on.

Compared with buying the same drill set from the big DIY chains, this was about a fifth cheaper. The case is decent and everything in the box was there. Sensible prices, no nonsense, I'll use them again.

Really good prices for the bits I needed, got a pack of hair ties and a face mask set. Quick to order and it turned up sooner than I thought. Would go back for sure.

Compared to Argos it's way cheaper for the same phone case, honestly couldn't believe the difference. Ordered Tuesday, got it Thursday. Site was easy on my phone too, no weird pop ups. Would get again.

Ordered a phone charger on the way home from work and it was on the doorstep the next day. Good price, the cable feels sturdy enough. Sorted, will use again.

Compared to the usual places I shop, this was way cheaper for a similar jumper, and the quality's fine for the price. Got it in a few days, no complaints. Would order again for sure.

I bought a pair of cable ties and a tape measure and checked three other sites before picking this one. The price was the lowest of the lot and it came in two days. The ties are the proper heavy duty sort and the tape is solid enough. Ordering was simple, no faff with the basket.

Needed some new bedding after my old set went in the wash and shrank, so I went for the cheapest double set I could find. It's lovely and soft and the price was good. Took a couple of days to show up but nothing major, I'd order again.

Honestly really good, got a pair of trainers and they're way cheaper than I thought they'd be. Arrived quick, box was fine. Would order again, the sizing was spot on for me.

Checkout on my phone was dead easy, didn't have to make an account to get the order through. Ordered a phone stand and a pack of USB cables at lunch. Arrived the day after, in one piece. Didn't have to chase anything.

Bought the cable organiser kit with the magnetic clips and it arrived well packed in a box within the week. I'd looked at two other places first and this one was a few quid cheaper with free postage, and the clips do hold firm on the back of my desk. Happy with it.

I needed a birthday present for my sister and I've been using this site for years now, so I knew what to expect. I picked a nice photo frame and it was wrapped neatly and arrived before the weekend. Good prices and the site hasn't changed much, which I like. Always a reliable choice for me.
