Ordered the family meal kit box and everything you need for the recipe was in there, pre-measured and easy to follow. I know my way around a kitchen so I was surprised how well it was portioned. Delivery was quick and the ice packs kept everything cold. Price is a bit steep for a weeknight but fine.

Switched to the own brand washing tablets in the big tub and they clean just as well as the branded ones I was buying before. They're roughly half the price, and the dissolving is fine on a normal cycle. Good on the site for putting the unit price up front too.

Delivery drivers are usually polite and careful with the eggs. Would not go back to trekking round a store.

Went with this over the other delivery app because it was cheaper for the same bits. Fair enough, but a few of the apples were bruised and the bananas were green. Got a refund fairly quickly through the app once I sent a photo. Not sure I'd go back for fruit but fine for tins and drinks.

Does what I need. Delivery was fine but a couple of bits in the bag were squashed and the bread was a bit flat. Price is okay for the area.

The site itself is clear and easy enough to use, and the staff on the phone were patient when I had a query about a substitution. The delivery was on the day and the driver carried everything in for me, which I appreciated.

Got the big bag of cat food and a few tins in one go. Price was good and it came on the day I picked. Quick and easy from my phone.
