My issue was a faulty kettle lid and getting a reply took almost a week, which was longer than I'd like. They did sort it in the end with a replacement, but it was a fair bit of back and forth. I went with them over the local shop because the same kettle was about twenty quid less here. The checkout was smooth and I got a confirmation email straight away.
