I ordered a midi dress in a green print as my first order with them and I was honestly a bit nervous about sizing. The size guide was spot on and the fabric feels nicer than I expected for the money. The parcel came in two days and everything was in one box with no fuss. I've already got my eye on a jumper for winter.
Read moreI've been ordering from them for about six years now and the thing I notice most is how the site has got fussier to use. The order itself still arrived as expected. My issue was a faulty kettle lid and getting a reply took almost a week, which was longer than I'd like. They did sort it in the end with a replacement, but it was a fair bit of back and forth. I'd say it's ok rather than great.
Read moreI'd looked at three other places before settling on the grey hoodie here. I picked it up because the price was a bit lower than the rest. The material is nice but it runs a size smaller than the chart says, so I had to send it back. The return label was fiddly to print and it took a while to get my refund sorted. Not the end of the world but I'd check the measurements carefully before ordering.

Compared to the big high street chain I usually go to, this was a fair bit cheaper for the same hair dye I always buy. Ordering was dead easy and the box turned up a day early. The only thing is the courier left it with a neighbour and I didn't find out until the evening, but nothing was damaged. I'd order from them again for sure.
Really good first order, got the protein powder and a shaker bottle and it all arrived on time. Only niggle was the checkout asked me to make an account first which was a bit annoying. Otherwise sorted, I'll probably order again.
Bought the running shoes I'd been wearing for years in the same model. The fit is the same as my last pair and the cushioning feels right on longer runs. Delivery took an extra day, which was a small niggle. Price was fair and the box arrived undamaged.
