I'd tried another online shop for a set of guidebooks and found the delivery times rather unpredictable. This site was far more dependable, and the order arrived exactly when promised. The pages were easy to read and I was able to navigate without any fuss at all.

Honestly really good, the membership sign up was quick and I got my confirmation email straight away. Prices were fine. The only thing is the delivery of my card took a bit longer than I thought it would.

Compared to the other shop I used before, this one has better prices on the books I collect. I've been a customer for years and never had a problem. The ordering is quick and the orders have always turned up when they should.

The membership pass they sold me on the site came out about a fiddy pound cheaper than paying at the gate for two of us over the year, which is the main reason I bought it. Renewal reminder came through by email a month before, so no faff there. Only thing is the card took a few days to arrive, but it did arrive and the price was what I wanted.

Frankly the ordering was clear and sensible, which is what counts for me. I placed the order for a book on local churches and it arrived in good time. The price was fair and I had no difficulty at all with the checkout.

The prints were a lot cheaper than the framing shops in town, which is what made me go with them in the first place. Ordered on a Monday and they arrived the following Thursday, which was fine. The only snag was that the card tube was a bit squashed at one end, though the print itself was unharmed. Sensible site and easy to use.

I bought a set of prints for the hallway, framed-ready and in a sturdy card tube. They arrived flat and undamaged, which I wasn't sure about. The colours look just like the photos on the site, so I was very pleased with the whole thing.

Way better than trying on the big marketplace for this sort of thing. Easier to find and the listing was clear. Took a couple of days to come, no complaints.

I needed a birthday present for my dad who loves local history and the site had a decent selection of prints. I ordered on a Thursday and it turned up the following Monday, well wrapped. Dad was chuffed with it and so was I.

Frankly, the books I ordered were fine but not quite what I had hoped for. The condition was described as good and the cover was a little scuffed. I did find the ordering pages clear enough to use, though the search could be improved.

I needed a replacement lid for an old teapot and this was the only place I could find one. It came in a week, which was fine. The one small thing was that the customer service email took three days to reply, and I had to chase them.

Compared to ordering from the big high street stores this was much simpler to find what I wanted. First time using the site and I'd happily go back. The checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account.

I ordered a replacement print for the sitting room, one I had seen many years ago at a stately house, and the description gave the proper dimensions which I appreciated. The item was packed with great care, wrapped in tissue and then a sturdy box, and it arrived unmarked. I shall be ordering from them again without any hesitation.

Needed a present for my mate's birthday and forgot until the weekend. Found a cool print on here, ordered it Saturday night and it came Tuesday. Didn't have to wait ages, which was the main thing for me.

The paper stock on the reprinted guide is the first thing I'd mention, it has the feel of the original 1930s run. Type is sharp and the illustrations come up well. Order came in a stiff envelope so nothing was bent. Price was sensible for a limited print.

Booked a visit slot for the family on the site, took about two minutes on my phone and the confirmation email came straight away. Tickets were on the account page when I got there. Easy.

I bought the replacement mug set for my kitchen dresser, the original pattern from my late mother's collection. The description was accurate and the packaging was careful, with each piece wrapped separately. Knowing the maker's marks helped me check them on arrival, and they all match the originals exactly.

The first thing I noticed was that the guidebook came as a digital download rather than a printed copy, which I hadn't expected from the listing. Once I got used to it I liked being able to read it on the tablet while I was in the garden. The download link landed in my inbox within a few minutes of paying and the file opened fine. I'd buy from them again for the local history titles.

I needed a gift for my sister's seventieth birthday and wanted something with a local connection to the house where we grew up. I was rather anxious about ordering something so particular online, but the description was thorough and the photographs were clear. The parcel came well wrapped and on time, and my sister was most touched by the gesture when she unwrapped it.

Went with the map reprint after comparing a couple of other sellers. The paper is a bit thinner than I expected but the print is sharp. Slightly pricier than one rival but the delivery was quick enough.
