I needed a replacement ink cartridge and didn't want to pay the printer company's prices. I'd looked at two other sellers first and this one was a few pounds cheaper with a similar delivery time. The listing matched the cartridge I got, though the returns page was a bit long-winded to read. Ordered, received and printed without fuss.

Needed a replacement pump for the pond filter after the old one gave out over the weekend. I ordered on the Friday evening and it turned up on Monday morning, which was faster than I expected. The part fitted straight in with no fuss, and the price was fair. The only thing I'd mention is the listing could be clearer about the connector size.

I needed a replacement pump for the garden water feature after the old one packed in. The listing looked right and the price was reasonable, so I ordered it. It took nine days to arrive and I had to chase the tracking twice. The pump works now but I'd have preferred to get it sooner.

Compared to buying from the shop down the road this was way cheaper for the same gaming headset. Ordered on the app and it arrived the next day. Works fine with my console, cable is a decent length. Happy with it.

Good prices and the item came in two days, which was quick. Checkout on my phone was a bit fiddly with the address box but got there in the end. Would order again.

Got a new phone case here for a fair bit less than the shops. Ordered in about two minutes on the site and it turned up the day after. The case fits my phone properly and the cut-outs line up. Easy.

I have bought my usual tea and a tin of shortbread from here for years now, and it has never let me down. This time I chose the larger tea caddy and it came in good time for the weekend. The packaging was sturdy and nothing was broken. I've been a customer since before the site was redesigned and it still feels the same.

I needed a gift for my mum's seventieth and I've been ordering from here for about ten years. I went for a framed photo print that I could personalise, and the proof came back in a day for me to check. It arrived well wrapped and Mum was thrilled with it. The prices have crept up a little over the years, but the service is still reliable.

Needed a birthday present for my nephew on a tight budget and this was the first place I checked. Prices were lower than the high street and the delivery came the next working day. Nothing to complain about, would order again for the next one.

The moisturiser I use every day had been discontinued in the shop near me, so I was glad to find it here for a good deal less. Ordering took a couple of minutes, the saved address and card details worked first time, and it came in a neat box with the seal intact. The formula is exactly what I expected, so I've already set up a regular order.

Was cheaper than the other site I was looking at for the same trainers, so I went with this. Checkout was a bit slow on my phone and it kept logging me out. The trainers came in the right size but the box was squashed at one corner. Works for me but not my favourite.

Good value for what you pay and the order was straightforward to place. I ordered three things in one basket, the discount code worked first time and it all came in a single box a couple of days later. The checkout asked for my postcode twice, which was a bit annoying, but it didn't stop me. I'd use them again for basics and household bits.

Bought a basic electric kettle to replace my old one that finally gave up. The kettle itself is solid, with a proper water level window and a good weight to it. It was cheaper than the big electrical chains and arrived the following morning. Nothing flashy but it boils quickly and it does the job.

Got a case for my phone here and it fits perfectly with the buttons all reachable. Cheaper than the shops by a fair way, and it came the next day.

Compared to the big brand I usually buy, this was half the price for a similar moisturiser and the order was done in a couple of taps. The app saved my details so I didn't have to type anything. Arrived the next day in a neat box. Happy customer here.

Honestly this was my first order, and it was a lot easier than the other sites I've tried for kids' clothes. The sizing chart was clear and the item fitted my daughter exactly. Delivery was tracked and arrived within the window, so no complaints from me. I'll be back for the next school uniform list.

Compared to the big supermarket site I normally use, this was cheaper for the same bits and the checkout took under five minutes. I hadn't ordered from here before so I was a bit wary. The item came a day later than the estimate but it was fine.

I ordered a pair of reading glasses for my husband's birthday and I was rather pleased with them. The ordering was simple and the glasses arrived well packed and in good time, just as the site said they would.

Two pairs of trainers for the kids' school gym kit, and the price was noticeably lower than the high street. The only niggle is the delivery took four working days when the site had said three, but they did send an update. Fine for the money.

Spares for my old bike were hard to find locally, so I went straight to this site. The part numbers in the listings matched what I needed and I could see the fitting notes. Prices were fair against the specialist shops and it arrived well packed. Would order from them again without thinking twice.
