Needed to sort out a repayment plan quick because my car bill came out of nowhere and the site let me set it up on my phone during my lunch break. Got an answer straight away and the first payment came out on the date I picked. Simple and it did the job.

Read moreI booked a class through the site first, and it was dead easy, the slots show up clearly and you can pay in a couple of taps. The problem came when I wanted to move it to the following week. The change button is buried under a menu, and when I finally found it the reply from support took three days to come back. In the end I just rebooked it myself, which I'd rather not have had to do.
Ordered my first thing from them last week and it came through fine, but the delivery was a day later than the estimate. The tracking page said dispatched for ages before anything moved. Not the end of the world, just a bit annoying when you're waiting on it.
