I bought a super king duvet set for the spare room, which my sister stays in at Christmas. The cover is soft and the filling is lovely and warm without being too heavy. Everything arrived well packed and I'm very pleased with it.

I bought a full length mirror for the bedroom, the one with the oak frame. I had a look at a few options elsewhere first, and this one came in the right height without being huge. It's sturdy and hangs well. I'd buy from them again.

Ordered the throw on my phone in the queue at the shop, and it was delivered the next day. Lovely and soft, the colour is spot on and it's been used every evening since. Great little buy for the lounge.

We needed a new armchair for the front room, the old one had finally lost all its shape. The chair is comfortable and well made, and the fabric is hard wearing. It came on the day they said, which I was pleased about. A good purchase, I think.

We needed proper blackout lining for the nursery after the sun kept waking our youngest at six every morning. The lining in the bedroom we bought years ago had started to fade and let light through at the edges. The lined pair I ordered here is thick, hangs straight, and the stitching on the leading edge is neat. Measuring guide was clear, so the drop was right first time.

Needed a desk chair for working from the spare room, my old kitchen one was killing my back. Ordered one with the arms and it's comfy enough for long days. Only niggle is the instructions are a bit vague, took me a while to get the height lever working. Still a good buy though.

I bought a bedding set for the guest room, the grey and white one that's been about for a while. I've been a customer for many years, so I know the site well. The set is nice enough, though the fitted sheet is a bit tight on a deep mattress. The duvet cover fastening is fiddly to do up.

Really happy with my first order, the cushions look exactly like the photos and feel nice and plump. I'd been putting off buying anything for the new flat because I wasn't sure about the quality. Delivery was a day later than the date they gave, but they messaged me to say so. Would order again.

I'd looked at the big chain first, but the mattress topper I picked here is firmer and was cheaper for the same thickness. I know a fair bit about mattresses from working in a bedding shop years back, and the foam density listed on the page was accurate. It arrived rolled and vacuum packed, and it expanded properly overnight. Good value for what you get.

I've been ordering from them for about fifteen years now, mostly bits for the kitchen and the odd throw for the sofa. The website is easy enough to use on my laptop and I like that I can see what's in stock before I bother with the basket. Never had a problem I couldn't sort out with a quick message to customer services.

Ordered a storage bench for the hallway and it came well packed and arrived when they said it would. The colour is a bit darker than the screen showed, but it still goes with everything we've got and I'm not bothered. Checkout was quick too, though it asked me to log in twice which was a bit odd. Would order from them again for sure.

Compared with the other shops I use, this was the odd one out for the price. I've been ordering from here for a long while, and the sofa bed I bought last year was excellent, but this time the frame wobbles. Customer service took several days to reply to my message about it. Hard to be pleased with that.

We needed new curtains for the lounge as the old ones had gone thin after years of sun. I've shopped with them for a long time and usually find what I want. This time the fabric was not quite the colour shown online, a bit more grey, and I had to decide whether to keep them. They did send a returns label promptly.

The pillow filling is what I noticed most. It's springy and holds its shape, which my old feather ones never did, and it doesn't flatten after a night. I ordered two, one for each side of the bed, and they've both been comfortable for the past few months. The cover washes well on a cool wash too.

Ordered a roller blind for the kitchen window on my phone while waiting for a bus. The one I got is a bit lighter in colour than the picture, but it's not a big deal. Fitting it took about twenty minutes with the brackets they supplied. Works well and keeps the afternoon sun off.

Honestly the bedding is decent for the money, the cotton feels nice and it's not too thin. The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that the order said dispatched but it took another three days to actually show up. Fine once it turned up though. Would get it again, probably.

Way better than the other site i usually use, the checkout actually works first time and didn't log me out halfway. Ordered a set of curtains for the flat and they turned up in two days, which was quicker than I expected. Would use again, tbh.

Compared it with a couple of other sites before ordering and this was dearer for the same rug. Ordered on my phone during a lunch break, and it took the full week to arrive. Happy with the rug itself, just not the wait.

Went to replace the bathroom mat and a couple of towels and the bundle came to more than I'd paid for the same stuff in Asda last time. The towels are decent enough and the delivery came in three days which was fine, but I did spot the same mat cheaper on another site once I'd got to the end of checkout, so I'll check around first next time.

Really good sofa, the seat cushions are firm and it hasn't sagged at all after a couple of months. The only thing was one of the legs came a bit loose out of the box, so I had to tighten it with the allen key that came with it. Otherwise it's spot on for the price.
