Bought a rug for the lounge after seeing one at a friend's, went for the grey one. Arrived a little creased and needed a day on the floor to settle, which was a bit annoying. Colour is right and the price was fair. Delivery took four days which is fine but I'd have liked a heads up from them that it was on its way. Not sure I'd rush back.

Needed a birthday present for my sister fast after forgetting about it until the weekend. Found a candle set on here and placed the order on Friday night. It turned up Monday morning with a little card included, which I didn't expect. Nice first experience, I'll remember them for next time.
