Used them to borrow for a car, and the process was very straightforward from start to finish. I was sent a clear summary of the terms before I committed, which I appreciated. The payments are taken on the agreed date without any bother. Everything went smoothly and the funds arrived when expected.
Read moreI've been with them for years, but the loan top-up I applied for this time dragged. The application was fine but then I waited nine days for anyone to get back to me about the income check, and I had to chase by email twice. When it finally went through the money was correct and arrived on time. Just a lot of waiting around for something that should have been quicker.

The money landed in my account the next working day, which is more than I can say for the last place. I'd happily use them again for a…
Read moreGood for the most part, I've been using them for about eight years now. The site is clear enough to get around and I've never had trouble getting my money back when I asked. Last time though I waited nearly a week for a reply to an email about a payment that had gone astray, which was rather frustrating. Still, I'd stick with them.
The wait for a call back was the part that let the experience down, as I was kept on hold for nearly forty minutes before anyone could help me with the paperwork. Once I did get through the adviser was polite and clear about what was needed. The process itself was perfectly sensible and I'd not object to using them again.
Got a personal loan through them last month. Signing up was fine but the ID check bounced back twice before it went through, took about a week in total. Money came through eventually.
The app asking for my details twice was the first thing I noticed, which was annoying. Otherwise I got set up in about ten minutes on my phone and everything came through the way it should. First time using them so can't compare, but it did the job.
