Compared with the other two sites I was looking at, this one had the sofa I wanted in a fabric I could actually see properly in the photos. The other sites were cheaper on paper but their delivery charges wiped that out. Here the delivery was included and they gave me a two hour window the morning of. The sofa is comfortable and the seams look neat. Would order from them again without thinking twice.

Bought the same recliner I had from them a few years back, the replacement is just as comfortable and the mechanism still works smoothly.
