Good value, full stop. I priced up the oak in a few places and this was the cheapest by a fair margin for the same finish. Ordering was quick and the checkout didn't try to upsell me on anything. Boards came well packed and I've had no complaints about the quality so far. For a bedroom job where I wasn't paying for a name, it's exactly what I wanted.
Read moreThe boards are fine and I'm happy with the finish, but the first lot arrived with a few boards slightly chipped on the edge. Getting a replacement sorted took a while, a couple of emails and a wait of about a week before the new ones came. It did get sorted in the end but it was more hassle than I'd like.
Read moreI was rather pleased to find the flooring listed with its full specification, as I had wanted to check the thickness before committing. The boards arrived well wrapped and in good order, and the delivery driver was courteous and patient with the stairs. I would say it is a sensible choice for a family sitting room. The staff on the telephone were helpful when I rang about the underlay.
Read moreChecked a few other sites and this was cheaper than most of them for the same oak look. Ordered late on my phone, the checkout was quick enough though it kept timing out once. Boards came two days later, all good.
The boards are good value for what you pay and the price was the reason I ordered. Delivery took a bit longer than the date they gave me, about four extra days, which was annoying when the fitter was waiting. Nobody emailed to say it was late. Otherwise the order was simple.
We needed something durable for the nursery floor because the baby is crawling now and I wanted it hard wearing. I've bought from this site twice before, so I knew the boards were good. The order took a day longer to arrive than the site said, but the customer service team kept me updated by email and it was fine in the end.
