Good value, full stop. I priced up the oak in a few places and this was the cheapest by a fair margin for the same finish. Ordering was quick and the checkout didn't try to upsell me on anything. Boards came well packed and I've had no complaints about the quality so far. For a bedroom job where I wasn't paying for a name, it's exactly what I wanted.
Read moreThe boards are fine and I'm happy with the finish, but the first lot arrived with a few boards slightly chipped on the edge. Getting a replacement sorted took a while, a couple of emails and a wait of about a week before the new ones came. It did get sorted in the end but it was more hassle than I'd like.
Read moreI was rather pleased to find the flooring listed with its full specification, as I had wanted to check the thickness before committing. The boards arrived well wrapped and in good order, and the delivery driver was courteous and patient with the stairs. I would say it is a sensible choice for a family sitting room. The staff on the telephone were helpful when I rang about the underlay.
Read moreHonestly these are decent engineered boards for the money, I've laid a fair bit of flooring over the years and the finish is good. The problem was the click joints, a few boards needed a bit of persuading and I had to get the tapping block out. Delivery was on time and the rest of the order was fine, just don't expect them to fit perfectly out of the box.
