I tried three different sites before I found the one I liked, and this is the one I went with for the desk lamp. The lamp itself is well made and the instructions were easy. Delivery was quick and the price was fair compared with the others. Happy to come back.

Ordered a replacement drill battery and it turned up exactly as listed. I know these products well and the spec matched what I needed. Delivery was prompt and the price was fair. Happy with it.

Needed a replacement cassette for my road bike and the listing gave the right speed count and cassette range, which is what I always check first. Matched my old one exactly, no guessing about the spacing. Arrived in two days wrapped properly. Fitted it on a Sunday and the gears shift cleanly again.

Best place I've found for this kind of thing, and I've been a customer for years. Orders come when they say they will and the staff on the phone are patient with me. I'd happily carry on.

I needed a replacement part for something I'd had for years, and a friend suggested I try here. The ordering process was straightforward and I was grateful for the clear descriptions. Everything arrived as described and well packed, and I was pleased with the whole business.

Compared to the other place I was using, this is far quicker to order from on my phone. Checkout took under a minute. Delivery came the next day with tracking. Nice one.

I needed a new filter for my heating system and time was short, so I placed the order on a weekday afternoon. It was dispatched the same day and arrived the following morning. I found the staff courteous when I rang with a query. Very pleased with the service.

Ordered on the Friday and it was at mine by Monday. The site was easy to use on my phone too. Got exactly what I wanted, so yeah, really happy.

I bought a set of kitchen scales and a couple of storage tubs and the total came to less than I'd have paid at my usual shop. The site is easy enough to get around even though I'm not very quick on the computer. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived in one piece. I've told my daughter about it too, she says she'll try it next time.

I bought a pair of wireless earbuds from here for the first time. Checkout was quick and the confirmation came straight through. Arrived a couple of days later, all fine.

My old charger snapped on the Monday so I was desperate for a new one. Found one here and it was in my hands by Wednesday. Works a treat, cheers.
