I tried three different sites before I found the one I liked, and this is the one I went with for the desk lamp. The lamp itself is well made and the instructions were easy. Delivery was quick and the price was fair compared with the others. Happy to come back.
Read moreI needed a birthday gift in a hurry and found this site through a search. The item arrived a week later than the date on the order. Customer service only replied after I'd emailed twice, which was frustrating.
Read moreI bought a set of kitchen scales and a couple of storage tubs and the total came to less than I'd have paid at my usual shop. The site is easy enough to get around even though I'm not very quick on the computer. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived in one piece. I've told my daughter about it too, she says she'll try it next time.
Read moreCompared with my usual supplier, the price here is a little higher, though the service is pleasant and the site is clear to use. The item I bought was good quality and arrived in a few days. I'd probably look elsewhere on price next time.
The sizing chart was the first thing I noticed and it helped a lot, since I know my measurements already. I ordered a pair of work boots and they fit well. The only niggle is that the courier left them with a neighbour without asking first, which was annoying. Otherwise decent.
Got a phone case from here last month. Fit my phone perfectly, arrived in a couple of days, nothing to complain about really. Might get another one for my sister.
Pretty good all round. Ordered some headphones and they came fast. Only thing was the checkout asked me to log in twice, which was annoying, but not a big deal.
Compared with the big high street chains, this site is usually a few quid cheaper for the same thing, and I've been ordering from them for about six years now. The checkout is simple and I always know where my order is. Delivery is generally reliable though one parcel did arrive a day late. Happy to keep using them.
