Derma Care Direct

Ordered the cleanser back in the spring and I've reordered it twice since, so it must be doing something right. The site is easy to use on my phone, I just tap reorder and it's sorted in about a minute while I'm sat on the bus. Delivery has been fine every time, usually arrives the next working day.

I tried a few sunscreens before settling on the SPF 50 one from here, and it felt lighter than the others on my face. The order took a while to arrive because of a delay at the depot. Not a big deal but worth knowing if you're in a rush.

Compared with the big brand serums I usually buy, this one gives a similar result for much less money. I already had a few products from them and they were all as expected. Delivery was prompt and the packing was neat.

Honestly great, ordered a moisturiser at lunch on my phone and it turned up the next day. The checkout didn't ask me to make an account which was a relief, so I'll definitely be back for more.

This is the best value I have found for a basic SPF, and I have been through a lot of them. The cream is light and sits well under make-up. Ordering was quick and everything arrived as described.

I bought the hand cream and it is very good, my knuckles feel much better. The order arrived in good time and was well wrapped. I'd not hesitate to order again.

I bought the vitamin C serum for the first time and it works fine, the packaging was nice. Delivery took four days though, which was longer than the site said. Customer service did reply when I asked, but it took a day, which was annoying.

The first thing I noticed was the ingredient list, which had the exact percentages of active ingredients listed, and I know my retinol so that was a real plus. The formula is gentle and I've used it every night for a month. Delivery was next day and well packed.

I was pleasantly impressed by how the pump bottle dispensed exactly the right amount, which matters to me as I have arthritis in my hands. The cream itself is lovely and not greasy. I'd happily recommend it to my friends at the golf club, as I have done already.

Way cheaper than Boots for the same moisturiser I usually get, so I switched straight away. The only bit that was a bit annoying was the delivery took three days instead of the next day I was hoping for.

I needed something gentle for my dry skin after my doctor suggested it, and I've been ordering from here for about six years now. The reorder reminders are handy and the staff have always been helpful. Prices are fair and the parcels turn up when they say they will.

My skin had gone a bit angry so I needed a gentler cleanser and this was the one a friend recommended. Ordering was simple enough though the site took a moment to load. Happy with the product so far.

I bought the eye cream my daughter suggested, and I am very pleased with it after a few weeks. The tube is easy to squeeze and the label is clear to read. My order arrived when expected and was properly packed, which I appreciate.

What struck me first was the size of the bottle, which is much bigger than I expected for the price. The product is gentle on my skin and I have had no reaction. Delivery was prompt, and I shall order again.

Brilliant, really quick and easy to order from on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Arrived the next day and everything was exactly what I wanted. Will be back for my next top up.

Needed to sort a return because the wrong item turned up and I was on my phone between jobs. The returns form kept timing out and I had to start again twice. Sorted in the end but it wasted my time.

I needed something for my skin after long shifts in the office with the air con, so I was looking for good value. The moisturiser does the job and lasts ages. I did wait an extra couple of days for delivery, which was a bit frustrating, but the price is fair.

Compared it with a couple of high street chemists first and this was cheaper for the same thing. The checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone but got there in the end.

Compared to my usual pharmacy this was quicker and a bit cheaper, so I switched after one order. I ordered in the lunch break on my phone, and it all went through without a problem. Delivery came the next morning which was spot on.
