I went back to order more of the matte floor tiles I'd used in the kitchen, and the site had the exact batch number listed which made it easy. The reorder went through quickly and they arrived with a handful spare, which was useful. Price has crept up a little since last time, but not enough to put me off.

Compared it to the big DIY chain and this was way quicker to order on my phone. Stuff turned up in two days. Good prices too, cheaper for the brushes.

Ordered loads of little sample pots for my flat, the colour cards were super useful and honestly the best bit. Ordering was dead easy, the site loads fast, and everything turned up in a couple of days. Would do it again for sure, the sample size is spot on for testing colours on different walls before I commit to a big tin lol.

Ordered a roll of the textured lining paper for a hallway I was doing up myself. Paper was good quality and the pattern repeat was clearly listed, which saves a headache when you're estimating rolls. Took a few days to arrive, nothing major, and the packaging kept the edges from getting crushed. Price was fair for what you get. Only thing is the adhesive guidance was a bit thin on the product page.

Compared with the local ironmonger, ordering here cost me about the same for paint but I didn't have to lug the tins home myself. Simple process and it arrived as planned.

Ordered some paint and a few brushes for my room. The paint was ok but I thought the colour looked a bit different from the screen. Also the delivery was slower than I thought it'd be.

We needed decent brushes after the old set fell apart while doing the spare room, and I've been buying supplies from this site for years now. The usual order went through without any fuss, and the brushes have held up through two full rooms. Delivery was on time as always. Good value, and the customer service team answered my one question about bristle types within a day.

Honestly it's fine for what it is. Ordered paint and a roller set and the paint arrived fine but the roller tray came two days after the rest which was annoying as I'd planned the weekend around it. The price was a bit higher than the big DIY chain for the same tin. Order process was quick and easy on my phone.

We were after a full decorating kit for our first flat, so I put the brushes, roller, tape and dust sheets together in one basket. I had a look at a couple of other sites before settling on this one because the bundle price was clearer here. Everything arrived in one parcel, with the right sizes, and the dust sheets are decent quality. Delivery was a day late, which is fine.

Looked at a few different tile suppliers before picking these up for the bathroom. The size guide and close up photos were the deciding factor for me, and the finish looked just like the sample. Delivery was a day later than the estimate, but the tiles were well wrapped and the price was a bit below the other places I checked.

We needed a proper set of decorating supplies for our hallway and landing, and the range here suited us well. The ordering process was clear and straightforward, and the staff answered our questions about primer promptly. Everything arrived as described and the price was fair for the quality. We have been pleased with the outcome.

Got a set of lamp shades for my bedroom from the online range, the linen ones with the little tassel. Honest to god they look better in real life than in the pics, and the stitching is neat. Arrived quick and the box was not beaten up at all. Would order again lol.

Compared to driving to the big warehouse store, ordering here saved me an entire Saturday. Checkout took about two minutes on my phone and the stuff turned up when they said it would. Prices were in line with what I'd seen locally.

Already know my way around the wallpaper and paint side, so I was pleased the product notes gave me the coverage figures without making me hunt for them. Went with the low sheen emulsion and it covered a magnolia wall in two coats, which matches what the page said. Good strong pigment and the tin was sealed properly. Ordering took a few minutes and the price was competitive for the quantity.

Honestly this is the place I'd go first for anything for the flat now. Ordered a shower curtain and some hooks and they were a lot cheaper than the big high street shop. Turned up quick and nothing was broken, so yeah good stuff.

Used to drive to the warehouse for decorating supplies but ordering here on my phone is quicker now. Checkout was easy enough though the search could be a bit fiddly when you're looking for a specific finish. Paint arrived fine and the price was about the same as the warehouse.

I bought a pack of mini roller sleeves for the ceiling in the bathroom, and they were a fraction smaller than I expected from the listing. They did the job but I had to go over a few patches twice. Ordering was simple and the price was fine. I'd just check the dimensions more carefully next time because I'd rather not have to order a second pack.
