My old garden hose split right at the tap so I needed something sturdy fast for the allotment. Found a reinforced one here, checked the spec against what I had, and it arrived well packed. Fittings went on first time and there's no kink in it after a few weeks of use, which is exactly what I wanted.

Compared to ordering straight from the big high street chains this was a bit cheaper and the stuff arrived a day earlier. I have been using them for years now for birthday presents and the odd bit of kitchen gear, and the returns have always been sorted without me having to chase. Only downside is the search filters could be a bit better, but I find what I want in the end.

Needed a last minute birthday present for my sister and this saved me. Found a candle set and a card, booked it in the morning and it was there the next day. Easy, no faff.

Compared to the other sites I checked for a set of bike lights this came out ahead on price and had better reviews. Ordered in the evening and it arrived the next afternoon. The lights are bright and the mounts fitted my handlebars first time.

I needed a spare charger for the car and didn't want to pay dealer prices. Found one here for a good bit less and it arrived in three working days with tracking. It does exactly what I need and I've not had a single problem with it since. The cable is a decent length and the price was the main reason I picked it. Good value for what it is and I'd order from them again without thinking twice.

Been ordering from them for years now and they have never let me down. Stuff turns up when they say it will and the prices are usually a bit kinder than the high street. Regular customer here and I keep coming back.

I purchased a fleece jacket from them for walking the dog in the cold weather. It has kept me warm without being bulky, and the zip has held up beautifully through several washes. The website was clear about sizing, which I appreciated, and the parcel arrived on the day they said it would.

I would say this is a dependable place to order from, and I have used them a number of times now. The one thing I would mention is that the item took a little longer to arrive than I was told, around five working days rather than three. It was still the right thing in the end and the price was competitive.

I was most struck by how well the chair was put together, the instructions were clear and I didn't need to ring anyone. The whole process from ordering to receiving it was straightforward and I'm glad I went with them. I shall certainly be using them again when I need something for the house.

Picked up a pair of over-ear headphones as my first order here. Sound is clear and the bass is not too heavy, and the padding is comfortable for long sessions. Arrived quickly and the box was intact.

Compared with the high street shop I usually go to this was a fair bit less money for the same kettle. Delivery was free over a set amount and it came quickly. Value for money, no complaints.

I bought a set of stackable plastic storage boxes for the loft and they are a proper bit of kit. The lids click shut firmly and the stacking edges line up neatly, which I know matters when you've got a lot to store. Colour is a bit more grey than the photo but that is a minor thing. Good weight and no sharp edges on the inside.

I picked up a cordless stick vacuum from them and I've used it every day since. Battery lasts a good while on the lower setting, the filter's easy to rinse out, and the head gets right into the gap between the sofa cushions. Knowing the models well, I can say this one is a solid buy for the money.

Ordered a pair of garden planters in a rush before the weekend and they were on my doorstep by Saturday. Checkout took a minute and the confirmation email was clear. Planters are sturdy and the drainage holes are where they should be. Would order again.

Honestly the thing I noticed most was how carefully the box was packed, bubble wrap everywhere. Item itself was fine, nothing wrong with it. Delivery took three days which was a bit slow for what I paid, but it got here.

Would definitely order again, the bag I got was lovely and the price was good. Only thing is the confirmation email took a while to land, like a few hours. Not a big deal but I did check my inbox a lot.

I needed a bag for the new laptop before starting my course and wanted something padded. Looked at a few places before settling here, and the price on this one was the best of the lot. Zip works smoothly and it fits my laptop snugly with room for a charger.

Compared with the usual marketplaces this one came out cheaper for the same brand of trainers. Checkout was quick and the tracking updated properly all the way. I have since been back for a couple of camping bits and the prices held up.
