Darntough

I needed a birthday present for my brother and forgot until the week before. Found a decent board game on here and paid for next day delivery. It arrived in time and the wrapping was good. First time I've ordered from them and it was painless.

The garden hose reel I got here is noticeably sturdier than the one I bought from a big DIY shop last year. It came flat packed with clear instructions and assembled in ten minutes. Delivery was prompt.

I bought the waterproof walking jacket in the autumn sale and it has kept me dry on a few wet hikes already. The fit is a little roomier than the description suggested, so I had to send it back once for a smaller one. The return label was fiddly to print and I had to ring them to confirm. The second one has been fine.

I know this kind of gear well and the spec on this drill set is better than the mid-range brand I usually buy. The batteries charge fast and the case is solid. Order came in two days with no damage.

Bought a set of garden solar lights because they were much cheaper than the big garden centre. The lights themselves work but two of them stopped holding a charge within a month. The order also said three to five days and it took nine, with no update until I asked. For the price I'd expect better.

I had been using a cheaper brand of running socks but wanted something with better padding, so I tried these. They are thicker than the ones I usually wear and took a bit of getting used to. Delivery was fine, arriving in two days. Worth it if you train a lot but I might stick to my old pair for everyday.

Bought a set of kitchen towels and a bulk pack of tea towels, which worked out much cheaper per item than buying them separately. The towels are soft and wash well. Parcel arrived in good time with everything counted.

Been ordering from them for years now and the checkout is still the quickest I've used. Prices have crept up a bit lately but the stuff still turns up when it should.

Really happy with this one, would definitely order again. Checkout took about two minutes on my phone and the tracking updates were spot on. Only thing is I wish they had a wishlist feature but that's a tiny thing.

We needed a new pair of school trousers for my son who had outgrown his last ones over the summer. I looked at a few other places first but most wanted a fortnight for delivery. These arrived in three days and fit fine. Customer service on the chat was quick too.

My feet have been bad lately so I needed a pair of slippers with proper support. These came highly thought of by a friend, and I can see why. The site gave clear sizing and the parcel arrived when promised. Very satisfied.

I compared three sites before settling on this one for a new yoga mat and the price was the most sensible. The checkout was simple and the mat arrived in good time, rolled up in a tube. Would happily buy from them again.

The fact that it came the next day was the best bit honestly. Quality is good for the price. Only thing was the discount code didn't work first time so I had to try twice.

Really quick and easy to sign up and order, took about two minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle. The app kept my details saved so reordering was even easier. Got what I needed the next morning and the price was fair for what it is. Only thing is the confirmation emails land in spam for me, but that's a me problem.

I bought a duvet set in a grey colourway that looked exactly like the photos on the site. The fabric is soft and the zip is well made. The order took longer than the estimate to be dispatched, though, and I had to message them once to ask where it was. Once it came I was happy with it.

Compared to the big high street chain I normally use, this was a lot more straightforward to order from. Filters on the site actually work, so I could narrow things down to my size and colour without scrolling forever. Delivery came a day early in a box that was easy to open. Very pleased with my first order.

Got a pack of bed sheets and two pillowcases for a fair price, the same as I'd have paid in the sale elsewhere. Delivery was quick and everything arrived unmarked. Nothing to complain about.

Got the same headphones I was looking at on another site for a fair bit less here. Arrived quicker too. The sign in took a couple of tries but that's on me.

My old lock was worn through and I needed a replacement quickly before commuting. Found the right cable lock on the site with a clear fitting guide. It arrived well packed the next working day. Slight niggle that the description said steel but the outer sleeve felt more plastic, though it does the job.
