The price is lower than what I was paying elsewhere for the same filter cartridges, and I'm pleased with the saving. Ordered on a Monday and they arrived by Thursday, which is fine. Checkout was simple and I didn't have to create an account. Good value all round for the wife and me.
Read moreCompared three different sites for a set of replacement filters for the water jug and this one looked like the best price on paper. Once delivery was added on top it ended up costing more than the other two, and the filters were a different brand from the photo. They work, but I felt a bit short changed and I'd check the total before paying.
Read moreMy old charger for the laptop packed up mid week and I needed a replacement before a work trip. Ordered it on the site and it was supposed to arrive in two days but it took closer to four, and the tracking didn't update for a while so I was left wondering. When it did come it worked fine and the price was reasonable, though I did have to chase customer support to find out what was happening.

The zip on the rucksack I bought stuck halfway the first time I used it, which is the bit that stood out. Otherwise the straps are comfortable and the main compartment is roomy enough for a laptop. Probably worth getting something a bit sturdier if you carry it every day.
Picked up a pack of LED bulbs for the hallway from the site. They work fine and seem decent enough, but the box was a bit squashed and two of the bulbs had come loose inside. Not the end of the world, just a bit disappointing for something that needs careful handling.
