The price is lower than what I was paying elsewhere for the same filter cartridges, and I'm pleased with the saving. Ordered on a Monday and they arrived by Thursday, which is fine. Checkout was simple and I didn't have to create an account. Good value all round for the wife and me.
Read moreCompared three different sites for a set of replacement filters for the water jug and this one looked like the best price on paper. Once delivery was added on top it ended up costing more than the other two, and the filters were a different brand from the photo. They work, but I felt a bit short changed and I'd check the total before paying.

Ordered it on the site and it was supposed to arrive in two days but it took closer to four, and the tracking didn't update for a while so I was left wondering. When it did come it worked fine and the price was reasonable, though I did have to chase customer support to find out what was happening.
