Dandy Fellow

Bought the gym bag and it's exactly the right size for a kit change plus trainers. The wet pocket is a nice touch. Checkout was quick and it was with me in three days.

I bought the brass bedside lamp from the site last month and it arrived beautifully packed, which I did not expect. The bulb fitting is sturdy and the light is just right for reading in bed. I have already told my sister about it and she is thinking of ordering one for herself too.

Good plant food that does what it's meant to, my ferns have perked up a lot since I started using it. I know this brand well from years of buying garden stuff so the formula was no surprise. The bottle is a bit small for the price and the pump top sticks sometimes. Delivery was quick and nothing got broken.

The mirror I got is not quite as pictured, the frame is a slightly different shade of grey than on the site and the back fixings were missing so I had to order them separately. The glass itself is clean and the size is right for the hallway. Delivery was fine and the packaging was secure, but the mismatch was a bit disappointing.

Really good value for what you get, the kettle boils fast and the base sits nicely on the worktop. It arrived in one piece with the instructions and a little spare filter. Compared with the other brands at the same price it feels sturdier and the lid is easy to open with one hand. Delivery was next day and the tracking was accurate.

The cardigan is lovely and soft, the buttons are proper ones and not the flimsy plastic you find on so many. The size is spot on for me. I was happy that it came folded neatly in tissue paper with a little note inside. The whole order was dealt with promptly and without any fuss.

Bought the wireless earbuds on my lunch break and they arrived before the end of the week. The case is small enough to fit in my jeans pocket and the sound is clear on the bus. Pairing took seconds. I had a question about the warranty and got a reply in the chat within ten minutes, which was brilliant.

Signing up was quicker than I thought, the form asked for way less than my bank does and the verification code landed in my inbox within a minute. Took a bit of fiddling to find where to add my card details but once I'd sorted that out it was all straightforward and I've not had any issues since.

Really happy with my first order, I was a bit nervous buying from a site I hadn't used before. The checkout was quick, I got a dispatch email the same afternoon and the box turned up two days later. Everything was exactly as shown and I'll definitely be back for more.

The cushions are much thicker than I expected from the photos, they actually fill the sofa properly instead of sitting flat like the cheap ones I had before. The fabric feels good and the zip on the cover runs smoothly. I was worried the covers would shrink in the wash but they came out fine on a 30 degree cycle. Delivery was a bit of a wait but it was worth it.

Way better than the set I got from the big high street chain last year, the blades stay sharp and the handle does not slip in the rain. Ordering was easy on my phone, took about two minutes. Parcel came the next working day. Only thing I would mention is the box is huge for what's inside, but that's a minor thing.

I needed a new garden hose after the old one split over the summer and I did not fancy another cheap one. This hose is heavy duty and the fittings screw on firmly. The reel is a good bit lighter than my previous one. It arrived in good time and the instructions were clear enough for a novice like me.

Compared with my last hairdryer from the big chain, this one gives better value for the money, it dries faster with less heat and the attachments click on properly. The price was lower than the other brands I looked at. Delivery was quick and I got a confirmation text as well as an email. Happy with it so far.

I needed a replacement filter for my old water jug and the one I got from here fits perfectly, which saved me going to the shop. The price is a few pounds more than the supermarket, but I did not have to hunt for the right model number. The ordering was simple and it arrived in a padded envelope. Still, I wish they had a bulk discount.

I needed a proper winter coat after my old one gave up on the school run and I was not keen on spending a fortune. This one has a decent hood and the lining is warm without being bulky. The sizing ran true to my usual size and the stitching looks solid so far. It arrived quicker than I thought it would and the tag was easy to remove.

Sturdy and easy to put together, the shelving unit took me about an hour with the instructions. Everything matches the photos and the screws were labelled clearly. Took a bit longer to arrive than promised but the tracking kept me updated. Would order again.

I needed a decent drill set for a kitchen job and I know a fair bit about tools, so I was picky. This one has good torque and the battery holds its charge through a full day. The bits that come with it are a bit cheap but the case is well made. Delivery was on time and the box was undamaged.

Compared with the big department store, this bed linen is much better value for the thread count. I paid a good bit less and it has held up through a dozen washes without going thin. The duvet cover zip is a bit fiddly but I have stopped minding that. Order arrived in two days.

Compared with the old one I had from the high street, this ironing board is far sturdier and the cover fits without a struggle. I was impressed by the price for something so well made. The order came quickly and the packaging was tidy.

The tea set is lovely, the cups are a good weight and the saucers do not slide about on the tray. Everything arrived wrapped with proper care, each piece in its own sleeve. I was pleased that the gift message card was included as requested. Quite a lot of companies could learn a thing or two from how they handled this order.
