CyberChimps WordPress Theme

I bought the shop theme for a client and it does what it needs to do, the layout options are decent. The documentation on the WooCommerce settings is thin though and I had to search forums to work out a checkout issue. Ended up sorting it but it cost me an afternoon.

Compared with a rival theme I was looking at, this felt a bit more fiddly to set up and the menus took a while to sort out. Once it was going the store pages look good and load fast enough on my phone. Support pointed me to the right page in the guide, which helped.

This is good value for a theme that handles a proper online shop. I paid once and got the updates for the year included. The demo content imported without issues and I was taking orders within a few evenings of work.

The demo sites are the best bit honestly, you can see exactly what it'll look like. Got it installed fine but the customisation panel felt a bit clunky and took me ages to find the colour settings. Didn't love that.

Took the theme for a second shop and the checkout page looked fine on my laptop but on my phone the basket button sat under the footer and I nearly missed it. Had to scroll about four times to find it. Once I sorted the mobile settings it was fine and the support lady replied the same afternoon which helped a lot. Would still use it again for the shop.

Compared with the usual premium themes this was a fraction of the price for the same shop features. I run a small bakery site and only needed a few pages. The setup was quick and I have had no trouble with it since.

I compared it with a well known premium theme first and this was far less money for what I needed. The shop features cover everything for a small online boutique. Setup took a weekend but the documentation helped and I have not regretted it.

We needed something to replace our old shop template that kept breaking after updates, so I went back to these people. I have bought from them for about six years now. The latest theme loaded quickly on the phone and the shop pages look tidy. Renewal was simple and the updates have not broken anything yet, which is the main thing for me really.

Looked at three different themes before settling on this one and the thing that clinched it was the product filters working properly out of the box. I went for the bundle because it included the booking add on and the price was lower than the other two I'd tried. Setting it up took a Sunday afternoon but the guides were clear enough. Orders have been coming through without any problems since launch.

I first bought from these people about six years ago and renewed the membership without thinking twice. The downloads still come through quickly and the updates have never broken my craft shop pages the way my old theme did. Renewal reminders arrive a fortnight before it runs out so there's no nasty surprise. Good, steady service.

I went for the ecommerce bundle after looking at a few other themes on different sites. It had the product layouts I wanted without paying extra for add ons. The checkout pages look clean and my customers have not complained.

Bought the business theme last week for my cleaning company site. Mostly easy to set up on my phone and the layout works well. Only niggle is the import of my old pages dropped a couple of images so I had to re-upload them.

Compared with the theme I was using before, this one handles product grids and filters far more cleanly on mobile. I know the WordPress side well so the code is easy to work with. The price is fair for what you get.

Needed a site quick for my candle shop so grabbed a theme. Took about an hour to get it looking how I wanted. Love it so far, the shop pages are easy to tweak.

I have used these themes for my craft shop for a good few years now. It is still the right choice for me and the updates keep it working with the newer browsers. The one thing I would change is the renewal reminder which came too late the first time.

Good value for a site that needs to take orders and look professional. I got the bundle with the plugins included, which saved me buying them separately. Everything ran smoothly on my laptop and the phone version looks right too.

Needed a website for my gym, quickest way to get booking pages live. Took a bit longer than I thought to get the booking form linked up. Still does the job.

I would say this is an excellent choice for anyone wanting a proper website without fuss. The setup was clear and the support team answered my questions politely within a day, which I did appreciate very much.

Set up the child theme on top of the parent for a client site, the instructions for the custom CSS hooks were spot on. The starter files saved me hours. I already know my way around WordPress so there was nothing I had to learn from scratch.

I needed a proper site for my dog grooming business and had never built one before. The first thing I bought was the starter bundle, which got me going without much fuss. The live preview made it easy to see what I was changing before I committed.
