Slow to sort out
I've been using cutgolf for years so I know how it normally works. This time I needed a replacement booking urgently because my usual one fell through. Took four days to get anyone to reply to my email, and by then I'd already sorted it elsewhere. Not what I'm used to from them, and I felt let down.

Sorted my order in one go
Honestly the best online shop I've used for this kind of thing and I've tried most of them. The checkout asked for everything once, saved my address for next time, and I got a confirmation with a delivery window that they actually stuck to. Customer chat answered me within a couple of minutes when I wasn't sure about the sizing on a replacement drawer runner, which saved me a return. Would buy…

The order summary page
The order summary page shows every item with its own delivery date, which I haven't seen on many other sites. My jumper came a day after the rest, but it was clearly marked so I wasn't caught out. Would have liked a bit more choice in the colourways.
The rescheduling
I booked a session and then had to move it, and the rescheduling option was right there in my account which was good. The one thing that was annoying was the new time took a few hours to show up in the confirmation. Still, I got there in the end and it was easy enough.
Better than the usual place
Compared to my usual place this was a bit quicker to check out, which was a nice surprise. The delivery took a day longer than they said though, and I had to message them to find out where it was. Still happy enough.
quicker than the other app
Compared to the other app I was using, this one is quicker to get through when you're on the move. I had to type my details twice because the first try timed out, which was a small irritation. Otherwise fine.
The confirmation email
The confirmation email was the best bit, it had everything in one place so I didn't have to hunt. The booking itself was a bit slow to load on my phone though. Did the job.
