Slow to sort out
I've been using cutgolf for years so I know how it normally works. This time I needed a replacement booking urgently because my usual one fell through. Took four days to get anyone to reply to my email, and by then I'd already sorted it elsewhere. Not what I'm used to from them, and I felt let down.

Honestly the best online shop I've used for this kind of thing and I've tried most of them. The checkout asked for everything once, saved my address for next time, and I got a confirmation with a delivery window that they actually stuck to. Decent but pricey
Booked the standard option which I've used before with a different company. It did what it needed to, but it came out a bit more expensive than I'd have liked once the fees were added. The service itself was fine.
