Curious Egg

Ordered a king duvet set after comparing a few places. The set arrived and the duvet is a double, not a king, which I only noticed when I tried to put it on. Customer service took two days to reply and then just asked me to send photos before anything happened. Returning it has been a faff, the label they sent doesn't match the address on the form. Disappointed, especially as it was supposed to be a gift.

Got a set of plant pots, they arrived in one piece and the checkout was really quick. Nothing to moan about at all. Sure there are cheaper places but this was good value and the delivery was fast. Would order again.

My old kettle packed in so I needed a replacement quickly, and this one was on offer. Only my first order here so I was a bit wary, but it arrived in three days and works perfectly. The lid is a bit fiddly to open, though it's not a big deal. Good enough for the price.

Really happy with this, would order again without thinking twice. Checkout was quick, I got a confirmation straight away and the order showed up in the app with a tracking link. The item arrived a day earlier than they said and was packed well with no damage. Price was fair for what I got, nothing hidden at the end. Didn't need to contact them at all.

Compared a few places before ordering and this was the cheapest for what I wanted. The page loaded fast and checkout took about a minute. Stuff arrived the next day, which I didn't expect.

I had been looking for a new bedside lamp for some time, and I found this site much easier to manage than the department store I usually visit. The ordering was straightforward and I was able to read everything clearly without needing my glasses. The lamp arrived well wrapped and in perfect order, with the instructions folded neatly inside. Everything was in good order and the staff replied promptly when I had a question about the bulb.

Compared with the other site I'd used for a lamp last year, this was far less faff. The order page was clearer and I didn't have to create an account to check out. It turned up quicker than I expected and everything was there. Would happily use them again for the next thing I need.

Bought a bedside lamp after looking at a few other sites. It's nice and does the job, though the shade is a bit smaller than it looked online. Delivery was slower than the estimate, about five working days when they said three, and I had to chase it once. Price was reasonable compared to elsewhere. It's okay, just a bit of a wait.

We needed a firm cot mattress that fits the standard size exactly, as the old one had gone squishy and our son kept rolling into the gap. I know the sizing standards pretty well from when my first child was small, so I checked the dimensions carefully before ordering. Everything matched the listing. Delivery was on time and the mattress is cover is washable, which is a must.

I've been buying cables and adapters for years so I knew what I needed before I even opened the site. The listing gave the right spec and the product matched it. Ordering was quick, I got the confirmation straight away and it arrived the next working day in a proper box. Everything worked first time with my setup. Nothing more to say really, it's exactly what I wanted at a fair price.

I've ordered my winter coats from here for years and they've always been dependable. This year's coat is the same quality as before and the sizing has been consistent. Delivery was on time and the returns process was simple when I needed it. A regular for good reason.

Compared with the other firm I tried, this was far simpler to deal with. The garden bench went together without any trouble and the wood is good quality. Delivery arrived on the day given. Pleased with it.

I bought a battery grip adapter for my camera, which I know well as I've been shooting for years. The fit is snug and the contacts seem solid. Everything connects first time and the spec matches what's listed. Shipping was quick and the packaging protected it well.

Needed a cheap extension lead for the shed and this was the lowest price I could find for a decent one. Arrived quickly and the cable is a good length. Does what I need it to do, nothing more to say really.

Compared with the high street shops I usually visit, this was a much more pleasant way to shop. The site is easy to navigate and the cushions I ordered were exactly as shown. Delivery was prompt. I'm very pleased with it.

I've been ordering from this shop for years and the hoodie I bought this time is fine, nothing wrong with the fabric. The problem is I wanted to return a different item and the returns form kept timing out, so I ended up emailing. It got sorted in the end but it took a few days.
