Bought the oak bedside table after looking at a few other places first, and this was the one that looked closest to the photos. Arrived well wrapped, drawer runs smooth, and it's sturdier than I expected for the money. Happy with it.

My old kettle lead gave up and I needed a replacement quickly for the morning. I ordered it on a Monday and it had arrived by Wednesday, which was very good of them. Exactly the right fitting, and the price was fair.

Compared to the big department store site I usually look at, this felt a lot simpler to get round. My first order was a set of garden planters and they turned up in about four days with no fuss. Checkout was easy, I didn't have to make an account, and the planters look just like the pictures.

I needed a birthday present for my sister who has everything, so I wanted something a bit different. I went with a candle set from the gifting section and it arrived quickly, a few days before her birthday. The candles are nicely scented and the box looked smart enough to give straight away. Shipping was a bit more than I expected, which is why I have not given it full marks.

Bought the hose reel in the sale and it was a good price for what it is. The reel turns smoothly and holds about thirty metres without tangling, which is what I needed. Delivery took a few days longer than the site said but the reel arrived in one piece.

Pretty good actually. Ordered a pair of trainers and they came the next day which was quick. Only niggle is the box was a bit squashed on one corner but the shoes were fine so not bothered.

Great, quick and easy, ordered a phone case on the app while waiting for the bus and it was at mine in two days. Fit is spot on. Would order again.

I have been ordering from them for years now, mostly garden bits and the occasional pair of work gloves. Compared with the local garden centre, they are usually a bit cheaper and the stock is easy to find online. Last order arrived exactly when promised, packed well, and the gloves fit just as I remembered.

The colour of the cushion covers was quite different from what appeared on my screen, a sort of greyer green than I had hoped for. I did not expect that from the photographs. The fabric itself feels nice enough, but I was disappointed, and the return form took a while to find on the site before I could sort it out.
