I was rather pleased with the prices on the cushions I ordered for the conservatory, they were noticeably cheaper than the high street. Delivery was a touch slow, about a week more than I was told, though the driver was courteous. The cushions are comfortable and the colour is as shown, so I'd order from them again.

I've been buying cables and phone accessories online for years so I know my stuff, and this beats the usual marketplace sellers for quality. The braided charger lead I got is well made and the connectors feel solid. Dispatch was quick and it arrived in good nick.

Ordered my kitchen bits from them again and they're always the same, no fuss. The plastic storage tubs have held up beautifully over the years. Delivery arrived within two days.

Compared it to Amazon and Argos for a new hair straighteners and this was about a fiddy quid less, which is why I went for it. Ordering was dead easy, just a few clicks and it was done. Arrived the next day in a proper box so no complaints there. Only thing is the checkout kept asking me to log in again, bit annoying but not a dealbreaker.

Honestly it's a decent place to buy from but my first order had a problem. The item I picked was out of stock after I paid and the refund took a few days to show back on my card. Once that was sorted the rest went smoothly enough.

My mixer's gearbox started grinding so I needed a replacement part quick, and I'd looked at a couple of other sellers first. They had the one I needed in stock and it was posted the same afternoon. It arrived the next morning and fitted exactly like the old one. Took me ten minutes to swap over and the mixer runs fine again.

I've bought a garden hose and fittings from them for about six years now and this latest one is the same sturdy kind as the first. The connectors still fit my old tap and the hose hasn't kinked once through two summers. Delivery's been reliable every time, and I've never had any trouble getting through to someone when I've needed help.

I've ordered brake pads and a chain from them a few times now and they're my go to for bike bits. Last order the chain came in a day quicker than usual, and the pads fitted exactly like the old ones did. Only small gripe is the checkout asks for too many details, but it's quick enough once you're in.

My old stand mixer had a worn gear so I went looking for a replacement part and needed it quick. I know my way round kitchen appliances so I could spot the right spare straight away from the diagram. It turned up well packed, the fit was spot on, and the mixer runs like new.
