I've been ordering my baking tins and tea towels from them for years now and they've never let me down. The box arrived a day later than the site said, which was a bit annoying since I'd planned a bake for the Saturday, but the tins were all there and nothing was bent.

The serrated bread knife cuts a proper crust without squashing the loaf, which is what I'd been missing from my old one. Only niggle is the handle feels a bit light for a knife that size. Otherwise the packaging was good and it arrived well wrapped.

I was after a cast iron skillet that would last and wasn't going to rust if I forgot to dry it straight away. The one I got is heavy, seasoned well out of the box, and it has handled everything from searing steak to baking cornbread. Delivery was quick and well packed, and I've already told my sister to get one.

Compared to the big supermarket site I usually check, the price on the same bread tin and mixing bowls was a good bit lower here. The bowls are sturdy enough for a weekly bake and the tin came with no dents. Basically it did the job and saved me a few quid on the lot.

I looked at three other sets before picking this one because the copper base seemed more even on the reviews I read. The pans heat up quickly and the lids fit snugly, though the set arrived with one pan slightly dented in the box. I've had it a few weeks now and the cooking is lovely, so I'm happy enough.

Ordered the hand blender for soups and it's honestly so much better than my old one. The site made it easy to find and the price was fine. Came quick too, no complaints!

My old kettle packed up on a Sunday so I needed a replacement quick and this one came the next day. It boils fast and the lid opens easily with one hand while I'm holding a mug. Easy order, no faff, and it looks decent on the side.

Ordered a stainless steel frying pan set from them for my flat and the handles are riveted, not bolted, which I was pleased about. Arrived a day later than the site said and one lid had a small scuff on the rim. They sent a replacement lid within a few days with no fuss, so it wasn't a big deal.

Pretty happy with my first order, the bits came in one box and everything I ordered was there. The knife block is nice and solid but the blades are a touch less sharp than I was hoping straight out of the packet. Would order again for sure, the checkout was painless and I got a confirmation email straight away.

The bread maker here is the same model I'd been looking at from the big brand, but it was a fair bit cheaper and the spec sheet matched. I checked the warranty terms and they were basically the same, so the saving was real. The paddle needed a bit of a wiggle to come out after the first loaf, which was fiddly, but the bake has been consistent and the crust is good.
