I ordered the family meal kit for my son and his wife who have been run off their feet with the new baby. The box arrived on the day I'd chosen and everything was packed with the cold packs still firm. The instructions were easy to follow and my daughter in law said it was the first proper dinner she'd had in weeks. I shall be ordering again for them.

Compared with the big supermarket delivery slot, this is much less faff. I used to spend ages picking things and then half of it wasn't right. With the boxes I get exactly the ingredients I need for each recipe and nothing gets forgotten. The veg is always fresh and the portions are just right for us.

Honestly it's fine but you pay for the convenience. The chicken was good and the sauce was nice, but for what it cost I could have done a similar thing from the supermarket. Delivery was on time though and the app made it easy to skip a week.

Needed a quick dinner for the week after my wife went back to work and this has been handy. The chilli one was lovely but the box came with one sachet missing so I had to message them. They replied the next morning and sorted it.

I'd already tried two other meal kit services before this one and went for the vegetarian box. The recipes are more interesting than the others and I like that you can pick the dishes yourself. The delivery window was a bit wide at first but it's been spot on for the last few months.

I've cooked with a few kit companies over the years and these are solid, the sauces are properly made and the protein is decent. Price per portion is higher than the others I've used though. Delivery was on the day and everything was cold.

Compared with the other kit I used to get, this one has far more vegetables and a lot less meat, which suited us. The problem was the recipe card, the steps were a bit muddled and I had to look up one of the timings. Once cooking it was fine and the flavours were good, but it did take longer than the card said.

We needed something to stop us ordering takeaway every night and the cheapest plan was enough. Each meal works out to less than a takeaway and it's ready in under half an hour. Bit of a faff to cancel the first time but otherwise no complaints.

Been ordering from them since they first launched and the box has never once arrived late. The recipe cards are still easy to follow even after all this time, and the portions are generous enough that we get a lunch out of the leftovers. Customer service have always sorted things quickly when a bag was short.

Signed up on the site with a voucher and it took about two minutes. First box came on the Tuesday like it said it would. Meals were ok, I'd say the second one was better than the first.
