Compared to the other site I usually use, this one is a bit cheaper on the basics and the delivery fee is lower. The order screen is clunkier though and I had to scroll a fair bit to find things. Otherwise I've been a regular for a few years and haven't had any real problems.

We'd just moved into a new flat and needed the basics, a shower curtain, a few kitchen bits and some cleaning stuff, all in one go. I'd compared three sites and this one had the best range plus the delivery was booked for the same week. The order came in one box with everything in it, and the bits we'd picked were all in stock. Checkout was simple and the confirmation emails were clear. Would order from them again.

Dont bother, the order took ages to go through and then the app kept logging me out. Got a message saying one thing was out of stock and nobody got back to me for two days. The stuff that did arrive was not quite what the pictures showed. Wont be ordering again.

Quicker than going to the shops for the same bits, I was done in about five minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Ordered on the app, put the card details in once and that was it. Everything turned up when they said it would and I've not had to chase anything yet. Will use again for sure, saves me a Saturday.

I needed a replacement part fast for a job on Friday and I'd already looked at three other places that wanted a week. This one had it listed as in stock and the checkout took two minutes. Arrived the next morning and the job got done on time. Really glad I went with them.

I've bought a fair bit of the chilled and frozen range over the years so I know what to expect. What they've got right is the packaging on the frozen bits, the ice packs are always enough and nothing has thawed on the way. The range has improved a lot too with more own brand options that are actually decent. I'd happily keep ordering from them.

Would go back to them, the site was easy to use and the price was fair against the others I looked at. Took a couple of days longer than the estimate to dispatch but the parcel itself came fine. Bit of a niggle but nothing I'd hold against them.
