Compared three sites before buying a graphics card for my son's birthday. This one came out cheapest once delivery was added, and the other two wanted extra for the same model. Ordering was simple and the confirmation came straight away. It turned up sooner than the estimate said it would. Happy to order from them again.
Read moreWe needed a new router quickly after our old one packed up during a family visit. I placed the order on a Monday and it was dispatched by the Wednesday, which was slower than I'd hoped. When I rang to ask where it was, the person I spoke to was pleasant but could not give me a firm update. It did turn up in the end and works well.
Read moreMy old PC power supply died and I needed a replacement quickly as I had a deadline on some work. I ordered one from them but the stock had shown as available and it wasn't, so I waited about five days for an email with a new date. When it finally came it worked fine, but the wait was frustrating when I was in a hurry and I had to chase them to find out what was happening.

Ordered a gaming laptop from them, this was my first time buying from them and the whole thing was really easy. It turned up two days later, well packed and working straight out of the box.
Honestly the first thing I noticed was the order tracking, it updated every step so I wasn't refreshing the page every five minutes. Bought a usb hub for my laptop on a Sunday night and it was on my doorstep by Tuesday lunchtime. Price was fine too, no nasty surprises at the end. Would order again.
Good value, plain and simple. Bought a wireless keyboard and mouse set for the office and paid less than I would have at the big retailers. Arrived next working day and everything worked out the box.
