Compared three sites before buying a graphics card for my son's birthday. This one came out cheapest once delivery was added, and the other two wanted extra for the same model. Ordering was simple and the confirmation came straight away. It turned up sooner than the estimate said it would. Happy to order from them again.
Read moreWe needed a new router quickly after our old one packed up during a family visit. I placed the order on a Monday and it was dispatched by the Wednesday, which was slower than I'd hoped. When I rang to ask where it was, the person I spoke to was pleasant but could not give me a firm update. It did turn up in the end and works well.
Read moreMy old PC power supply died and I needed a replacement quickly as I had a deadline on some work. I ordered one from them but the stock had shown as available and it wasn't, so I waited about five days for an email with a new date. When it finally came it worked fine, but the wait was frustrating when I was in a hurry and I had to chase them to find out what was happening.
Read moreThey're decent for what I needed, a basic laptop for uni, and the price was fine compared with the big names. The site was easy enough to use and the order went through without fuss. The only thing is the packaging arrived a bit crushed on one corner, so I'd check it on arrival.
Compared them against two other shops before I went with them for a monitor, and they came out slightly cheaper than the others once delivery was counted. The order itself was simple enough. It came a day later than the tracking said it would, which was a bit annoying, but nothing I'd hold against them. Happy with the monitor so far.
Got an SSD for my desktop, the one I wanted was in stock so no waiting. Took a bit of hunting to find the right one on the app but the price was fine. Delivered next day in a padded envelope, no damage.
