I needed a new set of printer cartridges in a hurry because the old ones had run dry the night before a school project was due. I've been ordering from them for about six years now and they've never let me down. The site is easy to find my printer model on and the cartridges turned up the next morning. Prices are fair and I usually just reorder without checking anywhere else.

I'm afraid this was a disappointment. I sent back the first order because the item was not quite as pictured, and the return form was rather confusing to fill in online. It took a good while to get the refund sorted, and I'd think twice before ordering again.

Ordered a replacement filter set and it did the job, but I've seen the same thing for less elsewhere since. The delivery was a little slow, about five working days, and the tracking didn't update until the last day. It's fine but I'd shop around first.

Compared with the big name brand I was going to buy, this was roughly a third less and did the same job. Delivery was a day later than they said but it arrived in one piece. Good value for what it is.

Any boiler cover that doesn't cost a fortune and covers the basics is fine by me, and this one does. The sign up was quick, the cover kicked in the day after I paid, and it's been fine since. I know the trade pretty well and this is one of the better ones I've seen for the money.

The reminder emails are what I like most, they come just before I'd need to reorder and I never have to think about it. I've been with them years now and it's never once gone wrong.

I bought the bedside lamp in the autumn and it has been very satisfactory since. The instructions were clear and the bulb fitted without any fuss. The only small point was that the colour looked a touch warmer in person than in the photographs, though I've grown to like it.

Compared with the high street shop I usually go to, this was much easier and quicker, with clear pictures and sizes that actually matched what turned up. I'd been putting this off for weeks because I was worried it would be fiddly, but the whole thing took about ten minutes from start to finish and I didn't have to chase anyone.

Needed it quick for a gig on Saturday so ordered on the Thursday night. Turned up Friday which was dead handy. Only thing is the packaging was a bit squashed but everything was fine inside so not really a problem tbh.

Got a hoodie for my friend's birthday and it was exactly what she wanted. The one annoying thing was the size chart was a bit off so I had to swap it, which took a few days to sort out. Still, the swap was easy once I got through to someone on chat.
