The soft close magnet catch on the cabinet door is the bit I noticed most. It just clicks shut nicely with no slam. Ordered it with the cabinet hinges and it all came in one go. Sorted.

Compared to a couple of other sites I looked at, the checkout here was quicker and the stock info was actually right. The tap I ordered came in good shape and fitted without any drama. Delivery was on time and the driver left it safe. Would buy again.

Ordered a wooden bathroom shelf after looking at about four other places, mostly because this one had the clearest photos and listed the fixings properly. The checkout took a couple of minutes and I got a confirmation straight away. It arrived well wrapped, the wood is a nice colour and it went up without any fuss. Saved me a trip to the big DIY shop.

I bought a pair of bedside lamps with touch dimmers. Wanted something sensible on a budget and these came in well under what the high street was charging. The bulbs are a bit dim on the lowest setting but otherwise they do the job. Packed properly and arrived in four days. Good value for the money, I'd order from them again.

Needed a bunch of bits for my new flat so I wanted somewhere I could get everything in one order. Clove had most of it. The shelf brackets were a bit flimsy but they hold my books fine. Delivery came quick, no complaints there. Good enough for the price.

Compared to the usual place I buy stuff from, this was a fair bit cheaper for the same wireless charger. Delivery was fine, arrived next day. Only niggle is the returns form is a bit fiddly on my phone but that's about it.

Needed a new HDMI cable for the telly as the old one kept dropping the picture. I compared three or four sites and this one was the middle price, not the cheapest but not dear either. The order went through fine but the delivery took five working days when the page said two to three. It did turn up in one piece and the cable works, so I can't really complain much, just a bit slow.

Ordered a phone stand on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in about two minutes. Saved my details so next time it was even quicker. Arrived the next day, exactly what I wanted.

Honestly not great. Ordered a lamp and it came with a chipped shade and it took ages to get a reply when I emailed about it. Still waiting on the replacement so yeah, not a fan.
