Pillows arrived fine and the feel is what I wanted, but the first one was the wrong firmness and getting it swapped took most of two weeks of emails back and forth with them. Would probably try again but I'd budget the time.

Got the pillow from them last week, ordering was fine and quick on the app. Took a bit longer to arrive than they said, about four days instead of two, but no real issue. Would order again.
